THE SPACE Your vacation begins the moment you step through the front door into this thoughtfully appointed home. The fully equipped kitchen features a six-burner range and stainless steel appliances, making meal prep a delight. Start your day with a cup of coffee in the eat-in nook while enjoying views of the backyard, or take some time for yourself on the covered, fully furnished patio, overlooking the sparkling heated pool. The family room is the perfect space for relaxation, complete with a sectional sofa and a 65” LED TV for Netflix binges or a fun game night with loved ones. At the end of the day, retreat to one of the four upstairs bedrooms or the downstairs bedroom, each offering its own touches and comfort features. You'll sleep soundly with high-thread-count linens, smart TVs, and bedside USB charging stations in the master bedroom, along with a ceiling fan for added comfort. The master suite also boasts ample closet storage and an en suite bathroom with a glass shower and double sinks. The second upstairs bathroom features a bathtub/shower combination, double sinks, and plenty of counter space. The downstairs bathroom offers a convenient shower as well. OTHER THINGS TO NOTE **The pool is heated from November 1st through the end of May to approximately 85 degrees, and it's included at no extra cost! Please note, however, that if the outside temperature drops below 60 degrees, the pool may not maintain its 85-degree temperature.** Pack n Play and High Chair available upon request. NO EVENTS. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation. - No dog(s), or animals are not allowed. - No tape or adhesive is allowed to be attached to the walls. - Occupancy is limited to the max amount of guests shown in the listing. . - If early check-in or late check-out is available for your reservation, we will do our best to accommodate for a fee. - No smoking of any kind is permitted anywhere on the premises. - No commercial photography or filming is permitted on the property. Tents or other structures may not be erected. - Renter is liable for any damage to the property and agrees to accept charges to the card on file should damage occur during occupancy. - Due to local laws, guests may be required to agree to additional terms of service. A signed Rental Agreement may be required to fully confirm your reservation.
