Sentral Sol Modern

This place was top notch for the price and the pool jacuzzi area was the best. Highly recommended. Parking was not the best tho and had to pay for it separately.

The night staff was rude the day staff was nice. But that tends to happen, the elevators stopped taking us up or down and we got stuck. This happened in multiple elevators.

Sentral Sol Modern is filled with so many amenities. You have the pool, the basketball court, the outdoor kitchen, pool tables and more. The location is close to a lot of restaurants and shops. The rooms are spacious and clean. We enjoy ourselves every time we stay here.

This hotel is quite modern, but lacking ALL the modern amenities like multiple USB wall sockets. I loved the location and cleanliness. I can see how it would be great for longer-term stays. Sadly, I didn't get a chance to use the pool and workout room. I disliked the self check-in and check-out for the parking garage. It was too modern and tech reliant. I only realized that once I was in my room, I needed my license plate number. My parking space then expired while I was headed back down to the parking garage. There was no means by which to call down to the front desk for help. The AI chatbot also could not help me. We could have used more coffee pods and creamers and being ARIDzona, body lotion.

Nice workout area. The area rugs in my room needed to be cleaned. They were dirty. The throw at the end of my bed was very dirty and should have been cleaned/changed from the previous guest - (it's obvious that it wasn't). The cold air return had a substantial quantity of dirt build but which leads to the question about how frequently the filters are changed. A little more attention could have been given to the cleanliness of my room

Upon check in the blind in one of the bedrooms was broken and wouldn't go down all the way. Maintenance had to come and repair it. Next morning the Keurig wouldn't work and had to be replaced. Unable to access 28th floor so no idea how amenities are. Overall spacious unit. Laundry in unit is a plus.

The hotel is a perfect place to stay very clean the staff was great. definitely stayed there again.

Hands-down; the hotel itself, including the amenities within the room and the community amenities were 10 out of 10! Amazing!!! However, as a guest staying in the hotel from out of town, the front desk staff could have done a much better job with explaining and communicating the details about the room and the hotel. This establishment is Hotel, and residential residents.Upon arriving, everything is self Check-in. The staff did not have a sense of urgency assisting with Anything without me having to ask. Unlike a traditional hotel… Room service (cleaning) is NOT included. And seems to be an additional fee for everything. Again, I was only notified this after I began to ask questions… Versus the staff fully explaining that to me at check-in.
