The space The Dining Room: Hosting a sleek dining table for 14 and a ritzy bar area with a wine fridge, it's where luxury meets family fun—lined with big black cabinets filled with books, decorations, and games, offering a glamorous yet cozy dining experience. Living Room: Step into comfort central! With a large 65-inch TV and comfy couch, this room is all about chill vibes. Surrounded by captivating art pieces, it's the ultimate relaxation spot that effortlessly connects to the kitchen, making it perfect for lounging and casual dining. Kitchen: Ready for culinary adventures? This kitchen's got it all! Packed with modern appliances, dual dishwashers, and a spacious countertop. Kids Zone: Calling all young adventurers and creatives! Bursting with crayons, coloring books and a chalkboard table, it's an art haven! With a cozy reading nook, playful cowboy hats, and a towering mountain-themed climbing wall, kids dive into endless fun and imagination. Backyard: Step into an outdoor paradise! Lounge by the pool while the kids play in the ice cream hut or enjoy a meal together in the outdoor dining area. Multiple different seating options, covered and open. As well as a brand new corn hole set! BEDROOMS Gallery Room: Indulge in the artistic flair of the primary bedroom showcasing a captivating gallery wall of diverse pictures, paired with an ensuite bathroom boasting a luxurious separate bath positioned in front of an electric fireplace, and an expansive shower, providing a regal stay for guests in the king-size bed. Horse Room: Experience a subtle equestrian charm in the second primary bedroom, featuring a king-size bed and gentle horse-themed elements mingled within, offering a calming retreat complemented by its private bathroom. Tropical Room: Embrace a laid-back escape in this vibrant bunk room exuding tropical vibes, adorned with palm tree wallpaper and delightful accents, offering a refreshing oasis for a group of four with its own bathroom for convenience. Jungle Room: Perfect for young adventurers, this jungle-themed bunk room sparks imagination with a cozy activity tent nestled among vines, creating an inviting space for play and relaxation for a group of four. Mountain Room: Discover a tranquil haven in this elegantly simplistic room with a queen-sized bed, accented by a striking mountain cutout on the wall and offering a cozy and peaceful ambiance for a comfortable stay. Guest access Entire Property HEATED POOL: Pool heating will be an additional charge of $50/day (minimum 2 days) or $300/week with minimum 2 days notice. This will be charged separately and must be paid prior to accessing the property. Other things to note Note: We have a pool maintenance team that comes by every Wednesday morning, sometime between 8-11am. They will access the backyard through the house side gate. Please allow them to perform their routine maintenance when they arrive. We have a lawn maintenance individual who comes during the week as well. There isn't a set day he comes but will be there for an hour or two just cleaning up the gardens, and leaves / fallen brush in the back yard. Garbage Days are on Wednesdays if you would like to bring the bins out during an extended stay that would be greatly appreciated. Important: Before you arrive you will be asked to complete guest verification through a third-party provider, Truvi. This is done to ensure we are keeping up-to-date with short-term rental regulations as well as providing both our guests and our properties with extra protection. Truvi will contact you via email and/or text to complete the verification. Please do so prior to arriving at the property to enable a quick and easy check-in process.
