The heater in our room did not work and the employees were no help to us. When we woke up in the morning our room was 60 degrees and we had our two-year old sons with us! Further, I received a text notification that our room was ready and when I got to the lobby front desk, they said we’d have to wait another hour because check in was not unable 3pm. However, I’m a rewards member with the company and get early check Ins and they didn’t honor this, even with the text notification.
Also, PARKING IS NOT FREE. Parking is misrepresented as included with your room and it is not; it’s a separate fee, $10 per day.
Breakfast was okay (but horrible coffee).
