Not good

$5 a day for parking, which is a bit limited but not too much of a bother. $75 per pet per stay, $100 deposit refunded after stay. room was clean, quiet, amazing for extended or short term stays.

Room was left with old food left over in fridge from previous guest. Whick the front desk was able to switch rooms for me but rooms were old looking fire alarm missing wall plug outlets falling out of the wall, AC didn't work. Was not impressed. I'm glad I only had a 1 night stay. Staff was very kind and friendly.

I won't be staying here again. This hotel is pretty run down & outdated, minus the furniture & cabinets. My 1st complaint is that the doors weren't very accessable to people with disabilities, There weren't automatic door openers anywhere, so it was extremely hard to enter and exit the building with a wheelchair. The 1st room we were assigned smelled very smokey, despite it being a non-smoking room, and the freezer ice bucket was missing. The hallway of the entire 2nd floor wreaked of smoke. The carpet needs to be deep cleaned or possibly replaced, as well as the walls repainted and fabric fixtures replaced, in order to get the smell out. Luckily, the 2nd room and the 3rd floor were fine. The bed was uncomfortable, and the TV didn't have any streaming abilities. The room was not fully stocked with enough dishes, and it was kind of tacky that they were mismatched. One of the towels was stained with a huge black mark on it, and should've been thrown away and not placed back in a clean room. There were only 2 bath towels in the room and no towels by the pool. We had to request some from the front desk. The hot tub jests were broken. There wasn't a bathroom exhaust fan, which is annoying, so showers steam up the room and you can't clear out bad smells. All of the numers on the telephone were drawn on with a sharpie. No breakfast included, just stuff to buy behind the front desk. It was dumb that parking was $5/night for such a dive. They should at least allow 1 car/room for free.

The staff is very courteous and helpful with an excellent attitude I thoroughly enjoyed my stay the only thing that was not so great was being so close to the freeway which you can hear day and night not the hotel's fault it is what it is. Thanks Rhonda!

The hot tub was nice the pool was honestly just filled with dead bugs which kinda ****** but I can understand if there was a few critters in there but there was just more than there should have been. Tried the gym which was nice as I am someone who likes to workout even on vacation. On the way up in the elevator on our first night there was some sort of puke or something in the elevator not really sure what that was about but it was kinda nasty. The room was nice had pretty much everything you needed as well as a little store in the building for your basic needs. A few of the towels were used which kinda threw me off I just asked for more. They also asked me for a $100 deposit which wasn’t listed in the description I’m hoping I get that back because I left the room organized cleaned all my dishes put dirty towels in the laundry basket made sure the garbage was in the garbage for easy cleanup. Other than that it wasn’t bad.
