A great hotel for a vacation; you don't even need to leave the property to enjoy your holiday. The breakfast is excellent.

We had a late arrival, about 10PM.   There was not one cart available to carry our supplies to our room.   No one seemed concerned that my husband has a heart condition and made no effort to help us find a cart.  Two trips to the 6th floor was not easy.   On check out day, we requested a cart and there were none to be found.   After an hour, they sent up a laundry cart.   Very unprofessional.   If that is not bad enough, housekeeping walked in on me as I was in my underwear.   One nock with a simultaneous door open.   When I notified Gigi, the manager, she did not even apologize for the incident.    This is a never again property for us.

Great place to stay. Has a swimming pool. Only caveat is that the parking is a little bit expensive.

Liked the patio and pool areas. The room was clean and spacious. Front desk service was efficient and friendly. Also liked having the little market for food and drink items.
