This is a nice hotel to stay at. Breakfast is also good. The reception staff is also polite and helpful.

Had a great stay here. Room was great, check in easy, breakfast good. Arrived in a rental which we had to return to the rental centre- hotel arranged for us to be picked up by lyft and were very helpful keeping us informed via whattsapp as we didnt have a us phone number. After checkout we had 6 hours to explore Phoenix/Tempe and they stored our bags for us. When we returned to collect our bags, they then aranged a Lyft to the airport. Fantastic service. Will definately stay here again next time we are in Phoenix. One more thing- if you are staying in Phonix check out the Hall of Flame fire fighting museum. Fantastic exhibits from all over the world throughout history but the most poignant must be FDNY Rescue truck 4 involved in 9/11 during whcih sadly all the crew perished in the line of duty.

The hotel is close to the airport but not within a quick walking distance to shops/restaurants. The front desk staff were helpful upon checkin. They have a small shop and vending machines where you can purchase small items (bottled water & snacks). The room was clean, hotel was modern, and bed was comfortable. The challenge with it being close to the airport is you can hear airplanes going over all night so it is not entirely quiet. The pet floor is the first floor so if you are allergic to pets you will want to stay on an upper floor. The hotel is good for 1-2 night say if you transiting through Phoenix.

The room was clean and the service exceeded expectations. The environment was quiet and comfortable, though facilities could be improved. Great location for a solo traveler. Staff was friendly and helpful throughout the stay. Overall, a pleasant experience and I would consider staying here again in the future.

Since I arrived at Phoenix Airport late at night, I was looking for a hotel with airport shuttle service. I was glad I could call the front desk from the arrival lobby to arrange a shuttle and check in safely. The front desk staff were kind, the room was clean, and I had a pleasant stay. Thank you.

They offered free airport transfers, all hotel staff are kind and very warm people. Room is spacious enough and clean.

They where great especially when I booked my room for the wrong day due to time change

The PTAC unit was dirty something was spilled all over it and not cleaned No USB ports and the mattress was stained and disgusting
