Room was not a King size bed! Barely a double size mattress. Hair found on toilet seat. Shower head was broken and you had to hold the shower head yourself while showering. The soap was very small and barely was enough for one shower. Front staff could have been a little more helpful. Trip.com please update your website to reflect the true size of the king size accessible room.

It is close to Phoenix Airport and provides free shuttle service to and from the airport (the shuttle bus cannot wait to pick you up at the airport, so if you call after you arrive, they will come right away). The hotel rooms are clean, have a modern design, and have a bathtub. I had a comfortable stay. The staff are also friendly. I recommend it.
