They were very accommodating and kind and clean and we would stay here again!

Staff is great and understanding. But, the room I booked was horrible., dirty all over from the curtains to the sheets, tub, food crumbs on bed and floor and roaches crawling all over the room.

Buy some garbage cans. Wind blowing trash everywhere because they hang trashbags on a hook and they are full because there's no room service. Saw a few cockroaches. the first room I was in had no heat and the mattress looked a hundred years old stained and torn rm 269. 202 was in much better condition mattress was plastic and clean

So we got there at 930pm from our long drive. We booked this hotel 2 weeks ago and they told us that there was no room left from what we chose. So they gave us a room with a broken door. The bathroom was so filthy and the door to the bathroom looked like it was eaten by rats. Also the room smelled like it was probably a smoking room in the past. I would never recommend this place to anyone. We booked for 3 night but left after we stayed for the night and left in the morning. Hopefully we get refunded for this stay as it was honestly the worst hotel I’ve ever been in.

Looks like an apartment someone just moved out of. Barely furnished, floors got cracks in it, the whole place reeks of cigarette smoke. Bathtub was a complete nightmare.

Booked this hotel by accident. Room was filthy and had mold on walls and under sinks. Would not ever recommend this property. Not a safe area.

This hotel does false advertising. The picture of the room when I booked it was updated and nice but when we got there we got a room that was from a horror movie, dirty and hasn’t been updated since it was built.

The staff was really nice and professional. The environment was different story. There were ********** everywhere and the rooms were also unsatisfactory. I was told that they were undergoing renovation and management so i will give them the benefit of the doubt. I checked out 45 mins after checking in and went to a more suitable hotel for my style.

Roaches roaches roaches and u pay for a queen size bed and get a full size bed …. All they do is switch rooms with more roaches highly recommend do not waste ya money
