Travelodge by Wyndham Phoenix North

Dont get the king suite. Even though it's basically same price as all other smaller rooms, It's basically because it's an old storage room . Not even listed on grounds map. room 231 no where to be found. But it's there. Two rooms on the end which has been turned into one. Lots of room. Mismatched furniture. Bathrooms sink is great but toilet and shower and walls and baseboard and closets ( two) and carpet and dressers and tables and soda ( pull-out ) all need updating / repair.

I am pretty flexible with hotels I stay in because I actually enjoy different experiences. I would struggle to find something good about this booking. The gentleman at the front desk did his best to make all the issues right and did apologize for not checking the booking before he told me that I couldn't check in. He put me into the first hotel room but after I walked past the first guy outside my room who was inebriated at 6:30am I went into the room and none of the lights worked. I then went back to the front desk and was assigned a new room. Still attempting to keep an open mind while walking past the dirty grounds I had to ask a gentleman to move out of the stairwell while he was snorting a white substance. I got to the next room and turned on the light switch, and the lights were flickering. I went through a mental checklist to see if I felt safe to stay there and came up with a resounding no. I was truly worried about my car in the parking lot. There was a large amount of people hanging around outside of the hotel even with it being an early morning. The room had torn furniture, stains on the carpet, walls that are banged up, and the bathtub was just rough. I did not feel comfortable leaving anything in the hotel when I went to work and then p proceeded to cancel the rest of my reservation.

When I first got to the room I booked the ac didn't work didn't have a microwave or refrigerator i booked for the guy at the desk was rude.. but when I went to the desk again the white guy tuai was amazing took great care of me he definitely he should be a manager for the amount of friendliness he had

I never got a room they would not take my debit card or cash for the deposit . So trip.com ripped off my money . Gave me 59 coins which I tried to use last week spend 3.5 hours in 115 degree heat trying to get a room on phone with trip .Com . To sum it up still out my 59.00 dollars never got a room dealing with trip .Com. I'm just asking for a name and physical address to send small claims court summons to bank you ***********************

No breakfast, the scrambled eggs finished and the staff didn't refill. Also, they took 50$ deposit, at first they didn't want to give a receipt of that transaction. After I asked a couple times they gave me but I haven't got the deposit back on my credit card. Be careful...
