This place is a complete 360 they cleaned it up like you cant imagine no more walking in fear down the stairs. They have new management

No breakfast, the surrounding supermarkets are very close, very typical American apartment, parking lot location is free.

I asked my husband to book a room for me while I was traveling and it’s the worst room I’ve ever had. I wish I had read the review first. Roaches everywhere including the refrigerator. I was laying in the bed and a roach crawled across my shoulder. Very outdated but I would accept that but the roaches are taking over. The toilet paper holder is broke. And yes, the front office staff is absolutely horrible. I greeted her and her attitude was horrible before she even said hello. I am actually scared to be here and do not feel safe. The door looks like it has been kicked in. While I was in the room the front office lady was standing at my door trying to open it until I snatched it open and asked her was something wrong. Absolutely uncomfortable to say the least. I can’t leave soon enough. I’ve never known Homewood Suites to look like this
