Super 8 by Wyndham Phoenix West

German cock roaches in room and the bed covers had holes in it every where. The bathroom caulking was black and disgusting. They say this is a Wyndham property. Well, I don’t think Wyndham would be representing this place right now if they knew how bad it was.

There was huge sewer roaches in the room. Not the cleanest and but the best location. But the service from the front desk was great.

This is the WORST motel ever! Dirty, stinky, and disgusting ! You will definitely regret!!!

THE STAFF MAKE THIS PLACE MUCH MORE ENJOYABLE! SERIOUSLY, THE STAFF HERE ARE AMAZING PEOPLE! AS LONG AS YOU CAN MUSTER JUST THE STANDARD AMOUNT OF HUMAN DECENCY AND RESPECT THEN YOU SHOULD BE OK BECAUSE THERE IS LITERALLY NO REASON THAT I COULD EVEN CONCEIVE WHERE SOMEONE STAYING HERE WOULD HAVE A BAD EXPERIENCE WITH OR SOMETHING BAD TO SAY ABOUT THE STAFF THAT ACTUALLY ENDED UP BEING THE STAFF THAT CAUSE THE PROBLEM. THEY ARE LITERALLY THE BEST STAFF I'VE EVER COME ACROSS AT A MOTEL/HOTEL IN PHOENIX AND I'VE STAYED AT QUITE A FEW DIFFERENT LOCATIONS THROUGHOUT THE PHOENIX METROPOLITAN AREA AND THEY ARE EASILY RANKED #1 IN MY BOOK AND IT'S NOT EVEN CLOSE REALLY! THANK YOU TO ALL THE STAFF MEMBERS AT THIS LOCATION FOR LITERALLY BEING THAT GOOD IN MY OPINION.!!!!

I will NEVER book with Super 8 again. There were cockaroches, ants, and mites in the room. The room was so filthy that I used all but 1 towel to clean a section of the room so that I could sit down and the towels were black with dirt and bugs. I didn't go near the bed for fear of bed bugs. The air conditioner stunk so bad that I had to turn it off and sweat instead, it was that bad. I went down to the office to ask for a broom, but he had already lent it out to another guest that also needed to clean their room. That should say something for how much cleaning is needed in this hotel. Idont think the walls had EVER been cleaned in my room and the fan in the bathroom was hanging off the wall with a bunch of scotch tape that obviously did not hold it up. There was a couple that was screaming at each other in the parking lot. The girlfriend was trying to break her boyfriends windows in his car which was parked right next to my rental car. I heard a vehicle get pulled over during the night and he stretched off during the traffic stop resulting in a high speed chase. This was the nastiest hotel that I have EVER stayed in. It was prepaid or I would've gotten my money back, plus I didn't have additional money to find another place. The pics are of the mites on our suitcases.I DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!

Stay here for a couple time when I go to phoenix good location

For a quick stay nothing for family just need somewhere to sleep that’s all

It was a little confuse to access the room, but the staff kindly guided me. Overall, the location was good, the price was reasonable, and the facilities were sufficient. I will definitely consider it as an option next time I'm in Phoenix.
