This hotel was terrible! The room was small and outdated, the bathroom was dirty and the room was nasty. I spent an hour cleaning it upon arrival. The clientele was rowdy and unruly. Sleeping in the park across the street was more comfortable. The staff was unhelpful and uninterested in making my stay more pleasant. Overall, I would not recommend this hotel to anyone anywhere for anytime!

At the beginning it took awhile to check in. Room was Okey, service desk lady good customer service and nice.

Needed room last minute not the best no towels and didn't sweep smelled sewer and no hot water first night

Service is awful, the only clerk takes forever to attend the customers and the lobby is closed, one has to wait in line for hours (literally). This place should be closed or authorities should take action to do aomething about the place.

It was gross!!! I was killing roaches My whole stay!!! The blankets had burn holes in them!!! NEVER AGAIN!!!

My experience was a waste of money ... I felt uncomfortable and wanted my money back and going to a safe place to stay at.. when I entered the room it smell of cigarettes. The sheet had cigarettes burns and has stains and there were people standing my our doorway and smoking... I just wanted to leave but since I payed online I had ro stay the two days I payed for.. I don't recommend anyone to stay there.. I cried and just wish I could just leave.. sorry there no good response at this place...

This is not a hotel, it is a homeless shelter. My room was dirty, outdated and no tv, no phone, and homeless
