Ruenthai Ayutthaya Resort and Restaurant

The room is very bad, it's just a homestay, but they dare to call it a hotel. I don't know how Ctrip rated it as a three-star hotel. There are actually two places in the room with sanitary napkin residues. Crazy! The hotel has no toothbrush or toothpaste, and told me to buy them myself. There is a door that cannot be locked. The door is connected to China Unicom, and there is a balcony under one of the other rooms. It is quite unsafe. After you arrive, you don't want to stay anymore, and then you won't be refunded. The attitude is extremely bad. You can stay or not, but you won't get your money back! The room is also very dirty, and the bed is moldy! Nightmare!

I will say that it is not as advertised at all. The bed cover was shaken off and dust was everywhere. There were big holes on the floor. We had to stuff a plastic bag in there in case something would pop up. The TV was unwatchable and we called the staff to come and look, but they couldn't do it. They said it just broke, which was a very blunt answer. The blanket was thin and smelled dirty. It was not worth the price. The bed was itchy and dirty. The breakfast was not appetizing. There were no fried eggs and limited sausages. There were no forks to pick up the sausages. We had to use a spoon to scoop up rice porridge and cut it. Breakfast had bread, cheap sausages, chicken porridge, no eggs. The coffee was in a 3-in-1 packet. There was no black coffee. In conclusion, this was the only time I would stay. Bye bye.

Very satisfied, very good. I still want to go back and live there. This is the biggest surprise in Ayutthaya.
