I didn't expect much with my short business trip but I received more than I expected. The room is big and clean. Garden and the common guest area is so beautiful. I didn't get to try their breakfast as I was rushing out to work. If I return to Aytthaya again in future, will choose to stay here again.

It's great. The breakfast is simple and delicious, and you can eat while enjoying the beautiful scenery. The owner is very friendly, the house is spacious, and it's very refreshing with the windows open. The lotus pond looks beautiful; although it's not very large, it's very quiet, and there are birds flying by and even some squirrels. It's really nice.

Beautiful place, stunning surroundings and extremely kind staff. We have absolutely no complaints about this guesthouse. We were, however, a bit upset with our local Thai travel agency. The trip was quite expensive, and they had shown us photos of a superior room. When we arrived, we discovered that they had actually booked a much more basic one. That was the only thing that slightly spoiled the experience — something for which this wonderful guesthouse is in no way to blame. It’s a truly recommendable place. Once again, an incredible stay

Lovely little place with wonderful garden, frogs and storks, easy breakfast and small rooms. Nice family running it, feels like the good old times in Thailand, Bit far from the ruins but the call a Tuk Tuk if needed and also get you a Taxi to the airport, if you ask for it. Lot's if mosquitos due to the pond in fron of the house, so be prepared and bring some spray. Not a place to stay if you have big luggage, but they have larger suite rooms. Unfortunately they where not available we we stayed there. Would I go again ? YES!

Tripadvisor should have a 6-star option for this hotel. You can walk to the World Heritage Site from here--but this hotel is so attractive you might never leave. The rooms are luxurious, ultra-comfortable--and dignified and sophisticated in their design. The garden and public spaces are irresistible, bordering on the sublime. Accommodations include a wonderful breakfast. The place is serene and slightly dream-like. It's literally worth a trip to Ayutthaya just to stay here--and of course, anyone who appreciates culture, architecture, archaeology, or history would savor the opportunity to visit Ayutthaya anyway.

I only stayed at this hotel for one night and it was very late when I arrived. I did not eat the breakfast so I cannot comment on the food. The accommodations were fine, the bed was a bit hard, but that would be my only concern, the rest of my short stay was good. The staff were very kind and gracious.

Beautiful guest house and very friendly owners. The building and the garden are beautiful. the rooms are very comfortable and well equipped. Location is perfect and a good breakfast.Extremely good value for money
