I had a pleasant stay at this hotel in Phu Quoc. The location is excellent, with many popular tourist attractions and spots just a short walk or drive away. It made exploring the island super convenient. The receptionists were very friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with directions, recommendations, or anything else we needed. Their warm hospitality really added to the experience. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the overall atmosphere was relaxed. If you're looking for a convenient place to stay near the mainsights in Phu Quoc, this hotel is a great choice.

The hotel is well located near kiss bridge and cable car station. It has a lift which is convenient for travellers with luggages. The amenities are basic but adequate. The room is very clean. The front desk girls are polite and well manner.

For the price paid i think is still low and ok but dont expect the condition of the hotel to be top notch. The sink of the hotel is flooded unable to drain water out after notofying the staff no action is taken, room is full of mosquito and opposite neighbour could be heard clearly. As a solo traveller, i was stalk by a random stranger. There is no security for the hotel/staff doesnt even care who use the lift.

Room was spacious, we stayed in seaview connecting room, there was a big fridge too and can cook. Room was clean, and the staff was helpful. the location also great not too crowd just a bit far from the night market, cable car station. Anyway just use hotel buggy service and it is cheap.

I love everything about this hotel, it has a lift which is convenient for us with lots of luggage, the room is amazing! We can enjoy the fireworks from our living hall window, the room is aesthetics with venice vibe. They even provide buggy tour around sunset town with 10,000 vietnam dong per head with amazing photo shoot service from Phuc the buggy driver. I love my stay here and will definitely come here again.
