I always prioritize value for money when choosing a hotel, expecting service that matches the price. And I must say, this hotel offers excellent value! For what I paid, the room was very spacious, the bathroom decor was nice, and it even had a safe box. The balcony provided stunning panoramic views, perfect for watching sunsets and fireworks, and it was great for photos. You could even catch glimpses of the light show from there. The only minor drawback was the bed quality; after sleeping on it for a while, my back started to hurt a bit. The service was outstanding, attentive from start to finish, and security was also top-notch. The hotel's buggy car driver was quite handsome, and he even took free photos for me during the sunset town tour. I was so happy I tipped him 100,000 Vietnamese Dong (haha, I know it's not a huge amount, but 100,000 just sounds so generous!).

I had a wonderful stay at Roma Hotel in Phu Quoc! The room came with a beautiful ocean view, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the breeze. The best part was being able to see super pretty fireworks at night right from the balcony, such a magical experience!

We appreciate the ocean view from our bedroom! Cleanliness of the room is great. Breakfast spread is just ok. No wonder they call it mini buffet. We were not impress that we have to pay the hotel deposit with cash and cash only. Cards are not accepted. If you pay the deposit in US dollar, you will get back in VND when check out. The hotel rooms are in a few different buildings and we stayed at the 3rd building. Every building has staff seating in front and they are doing their own thing. No interaction whatsoever with the guests. Doesn’t leave us any good impression at all. We don’t think we will return to the hotel again!

This hotel is strategically located walking distance to cable car station and Kiss Bridge. We can also watch fireworks nightly from our hotel room. The breakfast served are great. The front desk is friendly and responded promptly whenever we need buggy ride. It also provided free 2 way airport transfer. We willl stay here again in next time visit.
