Pearl Hotel Phu Quoc

Pearl Hotel & Spa not really hotel as we think, it was guest rooms on top of massage spot nearby beach. There is many shops and restaurants nearby. What was good is that we get room, the rest is nothing good at all. From my vision for Pearl staff lilbit difficult to communicate with foreigners, feels not very friendly, sorry to say this. Very hard to understand who care about this hotel business, we didn’t meet manager or boss... We have no cleaning, no change beddings. On last day housekeeping give fresh towels because we ask dry much. Room with AC + smart TV with YouTube, cattle, mini fridge with drinks *without price list we didn’t take anything, no iron, but with hairdryer. Room very small without windows, well maybe is better to say this room with imitation of window with view to the wall. Bathroom looks fresh after repair, clean, but feel uncomfortable especially because not enough air conditioning, no space to dry clothes. The biggest problem that in this building very noisy now, because of construction side, repair on progress nearby, so very loud sound we hear from early morning until late night, 8:00-23:00, so spent more time outside. It was very unpleasant time on Pearl hotel, but we have no choice around, it was booked on last minute. At the end of December all hotels of Phu Quoc is full, perhaps it’s very good for local business) On check in we wait key over 1 hour, on check out early morning no staff on reception, so it was self check out. Pearl not expensive and maybe the best location nearby beach if you need massage & room, but if you looking for good hotel service is better to find something else!!!

Not friendly can’t speak English language

It’s very very clean! I didn’t see in many Vietnamese hotels such cleanliness, cleaning every morning, it was the best part about this hotel. Next plus is location, stunning sandy clean beach by walk just 3-5min. Amenities in hotel if we talk about swimming pool, gym and kinda things are absent, but there is SPA (massage). Beverages in the room not free. It’s okay. Just one note: It should be written (there no notice about it). You can guess that beverages in fridge ofcourse not for free, it’s okay. But noodles they put on tray with coffee like complimentary also not free. This one looks not okay for me, it’s better to write notice what for free and what should be paid or at least place all not free beverages in one shelf together. Don’t mix it with complimentary cuz it looks like baits to earn more money on tourists. Another thing: I’m not sure if hot water should be like in this hotel - it’s just a bit warm, no hot water. Maybe a bit warm water for Vietnam it means “hot”? I dunno. But the rest was good. Will I come back to this hotel - maybe)
