Great hotel. You can rent bikes and cycle around the Marina.

Overall, I liked it, but there are some niggles. The price for this room and the level of service are more than justified! There's nothing to do here without a motorcycle: the area is deserted and completely uninhabited. Pros: Price-quality ratio (completely justified). Gorgeous view. Balcony. (Fifth floor) Cleaning almost always every other day (water provided, towels changed, linens changed). Good hot water pressure. Comfortable mattress (Deluxe room ONLY). Bike access is convenient both to the center and to any part of the island. Delicious drinks at the hotel! Inexpensive. Highly recommended. Cons: Location (if you don't have a motorcycle) - there's nothing in the area, the pool is closed, one restaurant is 100 meters away, and that's it. (Not the hotel's fault; they'll improve the area eventually.) You can hear what's going on in neighboring rooms and in the elevator lobby! (But it seems to be like that everywhere.) There's renovation work going on behind the wall (January 10, 2026) at the hotel next door! They started knocking at 7:40 AM. The receptionist couldn't stop it, but we managed to explain to the construction workers ourselves that it wasn't appropriate. And they didn't knock any earlier. (Not the hotel's fault! But keep that in mind.) The receptionist only speaks Vietnamese = Communication via translator. There was no shampoo in the room – they promised to bring it, but they didn't. And it was easier for us to buy it ourselves. The rooms aren't very clean. The silicone shower head was covered in black mold in places. One day, the power was out until 12 PM (but that's not the hotel's fault).
