I was told I could check in at 2 PM instead of 3 PM, but when I arrived at 2 PM, I was told it was 3 PM. Maybe I misunderstood, but it was a bit disappointing. The hotel itself was very clean and nice. Since we were a sailing club group, we were able to use various facilities and had a lot of fun. We even got to play pickleball! We got a bit lost trying to find the court, but eventually made it and were able to play. I'm not sure what time the facilities are open until at night, but there are lights. Perhaps you need to make a reservation in advance. Breakfast was advertised as being available until 2 PM, but when I went to the restaurant, I was told it was only until 11 AM. Luckily, I arrived at 10:58 AM and they let me in just in time. We got two plates, three drinks, and what looked like an appetizer. It was all beautifully presented and delicious. We also rented bicycles, which made getting around easy, and we went back to the pickleball court again. I would definitely like to stay here again.

The hotel has great design. I stayed in room with terrace and I highly recommend it for those who want romantic sunset. For other (ex. solo travelers) they have sunset view common terrace. A la carte breakfast in restaurant is great (like everything else that I ordered) and beach is clean and have hood service. However I need to mention that there is almost hollowed district the is located in. If you want just relax - that’s okay: no crowds, total peace, massage and spa, fire show in the evening. But if you want to be active and to feel local vibe, it’s not the right place I think. P.S. Be careful not to brake something in the room. I broke 1 glass and they charged me pretty big sum of money (even according to western standards) stating that it is a costly glass, not a regular one like it seems. Okay, may be. Never happened to me before though… P.P.S. Mind poor level of english and dramatic accent of locals (but it’s everywhere, in this hotel it’s more or less okay)

The hotel service was great, and the location wasn't too remote. It even had a private beach 🏖️. The breakfast spread was excellent, and the pho was absolutely delicious. The atmosphere was vibrant. Plus, there was free ice cream, and the matcha flavor was really good.

I saw this new hotel online and came straight from the airport. I was a bit worried at first, but once I got in, the environment was very clean and the staff were incredibly friendly. I had to change rooms after one night, but the staff brought the new key card directly to my room. The layout is a bit spread out; the restaurant is a two-minute walk away, and there's a huge swimming pool. The food at the restaurant is excellent, though it's all European cuisine. About 90% of the hotel guests are European, with just a few Koreans. The beach is right outside, and the whole commercial area, while not 100% developed, has everything you need.

This was my second time staying here, and I still absolutely love the comfortable bed and the fantastic service from the staff. The location is also perfect! I highly recommend choosing this hotel for your visit to Phu Quoc Island.

The hotel is clean, and breakfast is offered until 2 pm in a restaurant located a few minutes walk from the hotel. The food there is very tasty and the service there is excellent! Unfortunately, the cleaner who cleaned our room replenished the Pringles stock and put a used cheese bar in it. We told the hotel that we didn't eat it and they still charged us, we purchased the classic room and upgraded us to a better room. When we wanted to book another 2 nights, they told us that only if we leave a good review will they upgrade us again (?) Not pleasant. The towels in the room are clean but after one shower they get really smelly, I suggest putting more places to hang clothes and towels and also on the balcony. The overall stay was very pleasant
