Came here for a vacation with my wife, expecting to have some fun downstairs, but there wasn't any, which was a bummer. Overall, it's a pretty standard resort, just so-so. The private beach is shared by several hotels, and the water quality isn't great. For airport pick-up, you have to find the hotel's counter yourself; there's no one holding a sign. Drinking water is rationed per person daily, and you can't even get one extra bottle, which is a big negative. Check-in was incredibly crowded and noisy, with a lot of Europeans and Koreans. We didn't encounter a single staff member who spoke Chinese.

The hotel is huge, service was good, local people are very kind. You can see that right at the entrance when lady is brining you refreshment ice tea. Shops inside are very affordable. Beach is splendid. Towels are given on the beach and next to the swimming pool. Room was clean but when I laid down under the cover my bed was full of sand. Felt like they didn’t change bedsheets just made up the bed without changing. There are beach slippers and room slippers which are comfortable. Room was big with shower and bathtub on the fifth floor with nice balcony.
