Lotus Home Cafe - Budget

Everything was awful, starting from check-in. The hotel is spread across different buildings. When I arrived at the given address, no one was there to greet me, and it seemed like they weren't expecting me at all. There was a long wait, no greeting whatsoever. Some guy just took a picture of my passport and sent me to a completely dirty room. On the way to the room, it was already clear from the entrance area and the elevator that I shouldn't expect anything good. There was trash and hair everywhere, and the space was unkempt. The whole experience of trying to communicate and ask for cleaning and towel changes was problematic. The toilet tank was broken; I had to open it every time and move the internal components to get it to flush. After showering, the water wouldn't drain because the stopper was clogged. Horrible. I absolutely do not recommend booking this place. It's not worth the money.

My experience at this hotel was terrible. The sheets were dirty, and the elevator and stairwells were cluttered with various items, posing a safety hazard. Check-in, accommodation, and breakfast were all in different locations, indicating chaotic management and a highly disorganized process. The staff only made the bed and tidied the pillows when cleaning the room, without actually cleaning or sanitizing anything. I strongly advise against staying here and hope the hotel addresses these issues promptly.

The room cleanliness was acceptable, and the location was very convenient. The staff were friendly, and we could even see fireworks from the window. However, the bathroom drainage was poor, causing water to pool when showering.

Excellent, I loved it! Very clean, all the rooms are beautiful. Breakfast is included, and it's conveniently located near attractions.

I stayed in room 201, which had a beautiful balcony adorned with flowers. It's located right in the heart of Sunset Town, making transportation very convenient! **Facilities:** Very, very new! **Cleanliness:** Spotless. **Service:** Excellent! There was a dedicated staff member who showed me to my room and explained how to use all the amenities. **Facilities:** Breakfast was included and absolutely delicious!

Convenient location, breakfast included, and housekeeping on demand. Overall, it's comfortable and clean.
