The room is very low standard, worse than a 3 star hotel, no proper cleaning or maintenance is being done, it feels dusty on first sight.

Our trip was a disaster. I had booked a king room with a balcony, but we ended up in a tiny, oddly laid-out room facing the street. The bathtub was broken when we checked in. After a half-hour repair attempt failed, they moved us to another room, but that one had no hairdryer and dirty towels. We didn't get to sleep until 1 AM. To top it all off, the room was street-facing and incredibly noisy. It completely ruined our stay.

Having traveled to many countries and stayed in numerous high-end hotels, I found this hotel to be excellent value for money overall. The swimming pool, in particular, is quite unique, and directly across from the hotel is a beautiful white sand beach, making it perfect for family trips. It felt like over 90% of the guests were foreigners, from various countries, though with a noticeable number of Koreans. I would definitely stay here again. Thank you!

The hotel is clean and relatively quiet. It has many pools and a nice beach. The area outside the hotel lacks significant infrastructure—just a few shops and massage parlors. It’s a very remote place. However, all the advantages of this hotel are overshadowed by the terrible staff and service at the pools and the beach bar. Waitstaff fail to meet basic etiquette standards; you constantly have to ask twice for things, water arrives in 15–20 minutes if they don’t forget entirely. When you give feedback, they respond with a smile and discuss it with other staff at the bar. There were even instances where a waitress pointed her finger at guests, indicating that a particular table was very picky. Even at breakfast, when asked for a clean glass, the staff gave a spiteful smile. Unfortunately, such a beautiful hotel can’t get its staff in order. This is our last visit here

The hotel is located at Khem Beach, which is famous for its clear water and white sand. It is very family-friendly, with many amenities for kids, including a swimming pool with water slides, a playground, table soccer, billiards, and a kids’ club with a mini indoor playground. The breakfast area is huge and well organized. There is even a dedicated corner for families with children, where kids can watch videos while parents enjoy their meal. The hotel also located next to a free double-decker bus to Sunset Town, where you can visit the night market and take the cable car. The buggy service was a great experience for kids — in one ride, you can sit back and enjoy the journey through the private resort compound, nearby local neighborhoods, local markets, tourist areas, and the European-style Sunset Town. however, booking through trip.com does not entitle to free airport pickup dropoff service.

We are welcomed with great hospitality from Phat, who facilitated the check in with a breeze and he remembered us again when we had to do the Face ID registration from the “Kiss of the Sea” complimentary tickets. The room size is spacious though it will be good that there are different types of pillow softness. I like that there’s an additional sink outside of the toilet so that it speeds up the morning getup preparation. I like that the hotel is located closely to the free shuttle bus stop to Sunset Town, and it’s a pleasant walking distance to the beach. The hotel has a combination of paid and free activities to keep one occupied and switch out the tempo of being at the beach all the time. Good spread of breakfast - including Chinese, Indian, Japanese and Korean food. Hope the vicinity will see more tenants else a 3D2N stay will be sufficient before hopping to other parts of Phu Quoc to experience the different beaches.
