Perfect Location and facilites. Swimming Pool was so nice and breakfast was various and delicious.

stayed at this place and overall had a mixed experience. The food was excellent—fresh, diverse, and constantly replenished throughout the day, which I really appreciated. However, the staff’s English communication skills were quite limited, which made things a bit difficult at times. The most concerning issue was hygiene. I found a dried dead lizard in the bathroom. Even more disappointing, the next day housekeeping cleaned the room but left the lizard in the exact same spot. This really affected my impression of cleanliness and attention to detail.

Convenient hotel to night market, good breakfast with large variety of cuisines. Nice kids playgroup and kids club. Swimming pools is nice but closed early AT 7PM.

I wish they would clean up the sand on the beach—it’s full of trash. The beach and the sea aren’t exactly the best on the island. The pool is great; you can swim in the shade of the palm trees even when it’s scorching hot. But the water in the pool is murky.

Breakfast was my favorite part, such a big selection and everything tasted great 😊🙏 Even gluten-free options! We had a sea view room, and it was 100% worth it. Would definitely recommend. The bed was super comfy. Didn’t use the pool, but the beach was really nice.

Everything was great for our family of 4 with two young children, except that the queue for breakfast can get really long. Kids enjoyed the pool + beach very much. There is also a little night market located opposite the hotel (walkable) the only downside for us is that it’s located a bit further from most of the attraction places we visited but overall, satisfied and would definitely recommend.

Good location with restaurants and a supermarket within walking distance. Breakfast was very good, and it was impressive how the restaurant staff managed to serve such a large number of guests efficiently. Special thanks to the dining staff for their hard work. However, the overall experience does not meet 5-star standards. The sea is not clear, and the pools did not feel perfectly clean. There was also a recurring unpleasant sewage smell around the property, which significantly affected the stay. Basic room amenities were not properly provided, and guests had to repeatedly request simple essentials. These small details should be standard in a 5-star hotel without needing to ask. The hotel is heavily overcrowded, which impacts comfort and availability of sunbeds. The gym is too small for such a big crowded hotel. I have no complaints about the staff doing their daily work — they were doing their best. The main issues are related to management decisions and overall standards. Overall, not a 5-star or even 4 -star experience.

The location is great but it was super crowded, hard to find a table for breakfast. The pool is amazing, plus now they have a sunset beach bar, which is also super cool. Great place to stay.

Me and my husband like everything about our staying in Best western hotel! Great location, everything is nearby grocery store, night market, restaurants! We enjoyed Phu Quoc and people there ❤️ thank you for your service and hospitality!
