The only hotel in Phu Quoc I tried without welcome drink and bell boy services. Just it's near to the airport. But the entrance path to the hotel is very narrow and old. The villa fencing area is big but the room is actually small. Outside is full of trees and useless debris. No key of the metal gate door of the villa is provided. If not close the door, actually everyone can go into my villa area. The swimming pool is big but the tiles and underwater lights are damaged. Can't swim at night. The soft drinks and fruit are free but the staff even forgot to turn on the water boiler of the room before I check in. The jacuzzi is damaged, can't be used at all. The water mixer of the shower head is too hot, I even get burn on my elbows. There was a big sound outside the house at midnight, probably the drainage pump sound, could definitely waken you up from dream. The breakfast is ordinary and no chef making pancakes, etc. It's absolutely impossible to be the no. 9 best villa hotel in Phu Quoc. If spending more than $1 M Vietnam dollars on the room, it's not recommended to choose this hotel. Understood that the staff had already paid their efforts, but the room facilities are too awful.

This is truly the best accommodation. The breakfast is delicious and the location is not bad. It is quiet and nice. The staff is also very friendly. I visited again in two months. I want to come again next time.

The overall environment is very good, the private swimming pool is very comfortable, and the TV in the room can be connected to YouTube. It is suitable for a couple to stay here. There are motorcycle rentals and coffee shops just outside the room.

It was great for a family trip with a great value pool villa. In addition, you can walk to the neighboring resort beach or go there comfortably by electric buggy. The breakfast was delicious. The free shuttle stop for Bean World is also a 5-7 minute walk away. The restaurant, massage, and laundry in front of the accommodation are very convenient. The free shuttle to King Kong Mart is two stops away! However, a lizard comes into the accommodation ㅠㅠ The pickleball and archery experience next to the accommodation was also great.

Everything is clean, the area is beautiful, it is located in a busy area, but this hotel is a quiet oasis. The staff is responsive. I highly recommend this hotel.

Excellent hotel, small but very cozy and green territory. Cleaning is thorough every day, all towels are changed, even beach towels were left in reserve. Very tasty, hearty and varied breakfasts, the only thing is that they could have made brunch like in Famiana resort, there is still a lot of food left. An electric car takes you to the sea on a call from the reception, and back too. There are enough places on the beach for everyone, towels can be changed on site all day. The first 3 days the beach was not at all pleasing, it was extremely inconvenient to go into the sea from the stairs, a lot of garbage was brought in after the storm, but then the staff poured sand on the bags that were lying around so that the shore would not be washed away, washed them so that they were not slippery, and we were even glad that there were not a lot of people like on the neighboring beaches, but just super free, complete relaxation. I recommend it, although it is not the first line, but a 5-minute walk is not long, if you do not want to go by car. When leaving, they called an electric car to Famiana resort, took her there, at that time alone! the girl was leaving for the airport in a minibus. We asked to go with her, demanded 200 thousand dongs per person and categorically no other way. We didn’t go, an unpleasant aftertaste remained, the bus left empty anyway. Very unpleasant, after all, the hotels are the same chain.

There are many shops in the alley, so It's reasonable to come with family, the staff is friendly, But the photos are easy to misunderstand There should be only villa facilities, but the photos are of Famiana Spa..There is an additional fee to use the beach there..Other than that, it was good..

I stayed here with my husband and my 3-year-old daughter. The bungalow rooms are arranged around the pool, and no matter which room you get, the pool is right in front of you. Even if your child wants to go into the pool, it's very easy and convenient to go back and forth between the pool and the room! The breakfast prepared every day changes little by little, and the staff are very kind and my daughter loves it. 😋 The supermarket and night market are about 5-10 minutes away by motorbike or taxi, and the sea is close by. The juice shop just outside the hotel has a Google Maps review of ⭐︎5, and it's very delicious, so we went there many times every day! Also, since there is a lot of greenery, there are naturally insects. Mosquitoes always come into the room every day, so it's a good idea to bring insect repellent and medicine for insect bites. During our stay, it seems that insects got into the pool, and several people became itchy, and it seems that they told the hotel, and the staff immediately cleaned the pool, replaced the water, and responded immediately, which was wonderful!
