Naomi Resort

We stayed from December 13th to 23rd, 2025. The most important thing, and the first thing that matters to me personally about a vacation, is the BEACH. And I was very disappointed. You absolutely cannot swim there, not at all. Stones, dirt, plastic, huge boulders, and rebar sticking out of them. The photos are old; the overwater bungalows have been gone for a long time. However, the hotel itself matches the current pictures. The rooms are exactly as described and shown in the photos. The bedding and towels are sparkling white and very pleasant to touch and use. The bed is large and comfortable. Regarding the staff, we were definitely lucky! From the housekeepers to the hotel manager, a huge THANK YOU to everyone! Every wish or request I had was fulfilled 200%. We brought our own food, and they cooked it for us absolutely free, but we still showed our gratitude, and they always reciprocated. The team is SUPER! If you want to swim on the East side where our hotel is located, you have to exit the hotel, turn right, and walk about 800 meters into another hotel's territory. You can swim there, but the water is still murky. We went to the center. A round-trip taxi costs 500,000 VND, and a scooter rental for the whole day is 200,000 VND. Going north, there's a very good beach, which costs 900,000 VND for a round trip. But you'll also have to pay an extra 300,000 VND per person for a motorboat that takes you to a beach with stars (likely meaning a high-rated beach or a specific beach name). Overall, the vacation was excellent. Thanks again to the hotel staff. I will come back myself and recommend it to friends.

The resort is very suitable for rest and relaxation. Quiet and gentle space. Beautiful swimming pool garden. Close to the beach. Very good experience when swimming, digging clams and oysters. The staff is cheerful, enthusiastic and friendly. The food served is also very delicious, feels like being at home. I will definitely come back next time.

We rented the chalet, which was very nice, but that's about it. It's far from everything. Ask for directions to eat, and they give you approximate information. We asked to rent a motorbike and were given a poorly functioning motorbike for 180,000 VND (we rented a brand new motorbike in Da Nang for a lower price). On the second day, we asked for a working motorbike, and as soon as we stopped for gas, it wouldn't start again. We waited 10 minutes, then it started again, and then we went back to the hotel... no apology or explanation. We were told we wouldn't have paid for the motorbikes. On the third day, we were given a working motorbike. On the last night, we rented the motorbike for 1 hour, but to give the restaurant 110,000 VND for 1 hour—thieves—would be a compliment. The sauna doesn't work. The staff doesn't make the slightest effort to be friendly, except for one girl at breakfast. At the end of our stay, we asked to pay for all the extras, and we did. We left, and in the taxi, they called us saying we hadn't paid for 4 days of motorbikes... shameful. I will not go back and I do not recommend it.
