The location is a bit out of the way, and the surroundings are quite desolate with not much to see or do, just a small King Kong Mart and a small night market. Luckily, it's close to the beach, but honestly, besides the beach, there's nothing else to do. Cleanliness is a bit concerning; the towels had obvious large stains, and they didn't replace them during room cleaning. I even found a swim cap in the bathrobe pocket 😨 – thankfully it wasn't underwear! There was also a lot of dust and debris on the floor.

The hotel is located in the south part of Phu Qoc Island. There's nothing around the hotel but 10 mins walk, there's mini market for restaurants and massage places, not bad!! I did a massage there, cheap and good quality ~ happy! The hotel room is big and with a big balcony. The breakfast is acceptable level. The beach, swimming pool are nice. Overall it's acceptable level with the price I paid.

what a nice villa with 2 storey and 3 prive rooms, suitable for family staying, this resort is near the beach which take 3 minutes to reach the white sand and blue ocean. we definitely will go back next time

Really very bad experience no room service even ask for water they don't gave simply said no we can't give staff not ready to listen anything whatever people asking they say no over all very I don't want to recommend anyone to go and stay in sonaga

We were disappointed with no pick up at airport though we received a pick up confirmation from the hotel. After arriving at the hotel, we were told our room is not ready(we landed at 6.25pm and arrived almost after 7.30 pm) Room was not cleant well during our stay, the staff are not trained well to maintain cleanliness, the manager handling the buffet breakfast was very sulky most of the times, restaurant staff is not trained to handle the influx of guests. Food was moderate in taste. Bao, at the reception was very very helpful and he managed to make our stay comfortable. He guided us well on tour packages etc. Overall, an okay stay...Restaurant should have vegetarian options.
