The most horrendus stay ever. Can’t imagine why they are still being posted for bookings. Photos do not look anything like reality. Checking in - one of the lifts didn’t work. Room was so hot that the bottles of water in room could make a hot drink! Path to swimming pool was dark alley like with uneven surface. Returning to room after dinner, there was no hot water. Receptionist said it is because they use ecosystem so need to wait a while. wifi which was on 5G on checkin also no longer working. Receptioinst said she has wifi on her phone and left it at that. Worse was to come. Next morning- no water at all and was given 3 bottles of water for 2 people to wash and see us through. no water to flush toilet either. Breakfast was food that looked like left overs from days before, milk warm to touch. Receptionist was telling guests water may be fixed sometime in the afternoon. We checked out.

Fraud Manager and Fraud Hotel. Pls read whole review and too see thier fraudulent activity Pls do not stay at this hotel. First the washroom is not comfortable and very small for a Suite I booked. 2nd the room is very old and bad not comfortable. 3rd the staff is very rude and are fraud. I hired a bike and I was told the charge is 150 VND for one and half days. After I returned the bike at the reception and offered to pay the told me pls pay next day at check out. Now when I am checking out and leaving for the airport the rude manager on duty today 16 dec 23 around 7 30 am says the cost is 300VND. He says I can check the video recording but all this at the last moment when I had to catch a flight. He was lying and was very rude and this was well planned to quote double charge just at the time of check out.i agreed to listen to the recording but he was deliberately wasting time and not even going to the recording room. I have uploaded the photo below. Please don't stay at this hotel the staff is very very rude and have fraudulent intentions.
