Misleading, Dirty, and Absolutely Not Worth the Money This hotel was one of the worst accommodation experiences I have had. The only not sufficient positive aspect was the politeness of the gentleman who greeted us at check-in. Beyond that, everything was unacceptable. The hotel is completely misrepresented in its photos. Upon arrival, there were hairs on the bed and on the floor, clearly showing that the room had not been properly cleaned. The rooms are not clean, and the so-called “private balconies” are not private at all. What is advertised as a balcony is actually a shared common balcony where all rooms open into the same space. This is misleading, and I have photo evidence of this. Although I failed to take a photo of it, the bathroom ceiling had been cut open due to renovation or construction, and the unfinished ceiling space was clearly visible, which is completely unacceptable. Although the property is promoted as being by the sea, it is actually located on a cliff, with the surrounding area full of trash and poorly maintained. We were fully aware that the booking was non-refundable and that nothing would be done to improve the situation. Since the management was clearly aware of these conditions, we had no choice but to leave immediately. The place was filthy. We only asked whether an early checkout was possible, but the hotel refused any refund. The money was lost, but at least we did not have to stay in dirt and disgrace. Even for a so-called “budget” hotel, this place is grossly overpriced. It is not worth the money under any circumstances. This property should be known for what it is: a misleading and deceptive place. I strongly advise future guests to avoid it.
