We stayed in one of the signature suites with a private pool and were genuinely impressed with the hardware and facilities. The private pool was huge, spotlessly clean, and an absolute highlight of the stay. The room itself was spacious, tastefully decorated, and cleaned to a very high standard every day. Bedding was comfortable, the bathroom was excellent, and we especially appreciated how well the resort handles mosquitoes – we barely saw any despite being surrounded by greenery. All staff members we encountered were polite and professional. That said, there were two incidents that left us quite disappointed and didn’t feel in line with what you’d expect from a true five-star property: 1. Upon check-in, nothing was explained about what in the minibar was complimentary and what was chargeable. Some items were included in the room rate (as we are booking their signature room, not only the ordinary one), others were not, but there was no clear signage or verbal clarification. We unknowingly consumed three paid items and were charged at check-out. It wasn’t a huge amount, but the lack of transparency felt unnecessary and slightly frustrating. 2. We accidentally knocked over and broke what appeared to be a very ordinary ceramic tissue box. The hotel charged us 490,000 VND for the damage, which in our view didn’t worth the high price but we accepted as it was our fault. However, not a single staff member asked if I was okay, if I had cut myself, or if we needed anything – it was purely transactional. A simple “Are you alright?” would have made all the difference and shown genuine care. Overall, the physical product is excellent, but the little touches of warmth, clear communication, and human care that separate good hotels from truly great ones were unfortunately missing on this occasion. With slight improvements in these areas, the resort could easily live up to its five-star billing. We still enjoyed our stay thanks to the beautiful room and pool, but left feeling it fell short of the expected level of thoughtfulness.

This villa is model and new. The rooms are very clean. The staff is friendly and helpful. The fire show every evening is great. There is buggy service to the beach club, takes just 5 min ride. It’s perfect for an evening drink and dinner with the sunset and relaxing vibe. Overall we love this hotel and will definitely come back again! The in villa BBQ quality is not very good though. We would prefer eat out or enjoy dinner at the restaurant more.
