Absolutely amazing place! We stayed 5 nights and wish we could have stayed more before moving onto our next destination - it was amazing. Everything from the pool service, pool bar, drinks, the food and above all, the amazing service from each and every staff member. Every time we returned back to the resort, it felt like we were coming into our own home because of the big smiles, hellos and waves from each of the staff - absolutely amazing. We can’t forget to mention the wonderful pool bartenders who made our days and evenings with their warm smiles, laughs and caring ways - Lao and his evening bar female co-worker (whose name just escaped us). They’re amazing and MADE our trip ❤️ The location and amenities are amazing and very clean. The bed was VERY comfortable and the luxury pool villa was simple beautiful and so clean. We were never in need of anything! The food at the restaurant was absolutely delicious and fresh - a MUST place to eat during your stay! Big thank you to Phu Quoc’s Mercury villa family for making our trip in Phu Quoc! 100 percent recommend!

Very flat, more than 80 mosquitoes in Hong Kong paper a room for one night, the facilities are new and clean. The night clerk is not very good in English, but will try his best to communicate with the customer with Google translate and smile. The homeowner focuses on being a travel agency, so he can buy tickets on his behalf, and the price is flat to buy on his own website. Singing money is also a rate with the big banks today, which will be better than the airport. There is a small swimming pool, very clean. Coconut grove tree shadow, soundproofed, quiet environment. The room is wide and the facilities are new. TV has youtube and Netflix. I like two enthusiastic dogs the most and feel at home. There is a supermarket next to it, it is very convenient to collect ten o'clock. It takes only 9 minutes to go to the airport. It takes about ten minutes to go to the night market, grab about 80k VND, about 25 mosquitoes. It takes about 50 minutes to go to the north vinwonder, grab about 350k, about 120 mosquitoes. Go to the cable car for about half an hour, 250k, about 80 mosquitoes. Walking distance to restaurants, meat river, pork rice. Walk or two or three minutes drive to the beach.

Everything turned out great. calm and a lot of attention, very nice staff, excellent living conditions. to the huge beach 400 m - great walk. Food - we had breakfast - excellent and plentiful. The coffee is just great. Should have taken a month. There were few in the hotel, maybe a lot of interesting things. In 5 years it will be crowded because they will populate the entire surrounding quarter. while he is amusingly deserted. Loved it, would go again.

After leaving the airport, there will be many taxi drivers actively soliciting customers. It is recommended to use the app Grab to hail a taxi. Taxis are about 30 yuan, and motorcycles are even cheaper. The hotel is built against a mountain and is in a relatively remote location. At night, the surrounding area is pitch dark and vicious dogs bark. If you have a habit of eating late night snacks, please help yourself to dry food or ask the hotel if there is late night snack service. That night, I had the cheek to ask the staff to cook me a bowl of egg noodles, plus fruit, and the coke cost about 1.6 US dollars. The English and business skills at the front desk of the hotel are relatively solid, especially the proprietress, a typical royal sister, who can check in smoothly. Although the hotel is displayed as Samsung, the actual hardware facilities have already surpassed many domestic four-star hotels. I can't believe that you can stay in a private pool and a small refrigerator for around 130 yuan. It's like a high-end hotel in a manor. Sure enough, the hotel on Phu Quoc Island is extremely introverted. Of course, the hotel's facilities also have shortcomings. If you can't pay with Visa, there is no US dollar change. However, the flaws do not conceal the advantages, and the praise is worthy of the hotel.

Amazing customer service! We stayed at OYO before our trip as it was very close to the airport. Mai, the receptionist, was super accommodating and helpful. Despite only staying at the hotel for a few hours, we felt welcomed. Thank you, Mai!

I specially booked a two-night stay at a popular Internet celebrity photo spot. The sky was not beautiful and I encountered a hurricane on the first night when I arrived. There were strong winds, waves and heavy rain... I thought it was a typhoon😅! The service staff are very kind, each villa is beautiful, and you can call a car to pick you up when you come in and out. The family room is not very convenient on the third floor of the top floor. The bathroom supplies are okay, but the breakfast is generally not delicious, which is a pity🥺! Because there were few guests in the hotel the next day, it was changed to a set meal, but food can also be provided, such as omelets, which is very considerate🤩! The SPA in the resort is great, I recommend you to give it a try. There is also an additional fee for washing and drying your hair, which is very different from Taiwan. I stayed at the SPA for two nights and checked in. I highly recommend it! The store is far away from the accommodation, and the private car will pick you up and wait for the shopping before returning to the villa, which is really considerate.
