Good room. Good food. Best location. The room were big and clean and the service was even good. The location is at the entry point of the country. Tip: if you are an Indian arriving at the border at night, and planning to enter the country the next day (aiming not to pay for the SDF for an extra night), worry not, you can enter Bhutan for free (via your guide) and stay at this hotel without paying SDF for the night. Food: its really good. Good luck

Location is excellent as it is very close to bhutan immigration office. Food is also very nice. The only problem I found was is in service. You have to call multiple times at reception to be picked up and similarly at breakfast, you need to ask again and again for filling up of empty food items

It was really nice to have a drink and the staff were very nice and we really enjoyed our drinks and dinner here. Mr. Sunit was bvery genuine and we really like his company with the cockatiel. The best cocktail I have tried in Pling.. will visit soon

Great roof top bar to hang out with friends and family. The bartender sunil server us a fine cocktail he's got a great talent and a sound knowledge on bar drinks and has a friendly company. The service is really good. Good food and drinks in a very environment.

Great to visit Central Hotel, Phuentsholing. Great view. Staff behavior is friendly. Room service also Great. And for Restaurant cooking is very Great and tasty. All over my review 5 star for this Hotel &Bar Cum Restaurant. Come ,Stay,Eat,Drink and enjoy your trip. !!

It was a very blissful evening at your bar. Peaceful and quiet place to hangout . We loved the cocktails like blueberry, seasonal margarita and cosmopolitan which was served by our handsome Sunil(bartender). Chicken tandoori was great 👌. Best server goes to Sunil. Great place in Pling town to hang out with your friends and fam.

A big thank you to mr vi-key pradhan, the hotel manager who has helped me a lot to get my refund. I also thank the hotel reception who had arranged the guide and travel from phuentsholing and back as per my budget. The food is also good. The hotel staffs are very well behaved and polite. The rooms are very clean and spacious.

July 2024. The room was ok, but too costly. Nu2000 (on 50% off), not worth it. Checkin and checkout service was ok. Parking issue is there of course. The worst part, the restaurant on roof top takes last order at 9pm and after that the in house guest are left to the mercy of street food. We have to follow food timing like in hostel. Not at all convenient. The location however is perfect for shoppers and to cross the border. If location is priority, I would suggest this hotel, else there are way better service and rooms at this rate in Phuntsholing town.
