The receptionist was very nice and I was able to stay with peace of mind. They are available even late at night. I also appreciated the fact that it was within walking distance of the beach at this price, and that they provided two bottles of water for each cleaning session. There is also a safe deposit box. Shampoo and body soap are provided, but hair treatments, toothbrushes, basic cosmetics for women, etc. are not provided, so we especially recommend that women prepare everything!

Extremely nice staff! Very friendly and helpful. I would recommend this place to have a feeling of acceptance, community and home (far from the one you mostly live in) The party street is nearby, but not close enough to interrupt your rest. Perfect location for party people :) If you are not one of them, (I'm definitely not) you can ask an owner to move you to Karon to another guesthouse he owns. Very cozy, quiet and cheap.

this is my second time staying in this hotel. it is big, including a private pool, from which we can see a small part of the sea. it's a beautiful view. playing loud music at the pool at night didnt disturb our neighbours, so i guess the sound insulation was good. the airconditioning was not very promising (my room and my frd's also). it is quite far from the patong walking street, but quite near the kamala beach (not super clean, little people, hawkers dont hard-sell, price for food and drinks are cheap, a chill little area). i didnt get to enjoy their other amenities but their service was good.

We stayed in capricorn village for 8 nights. Below are our observations. Pros: *Breakfast: They give voucher for the Coffee Club across the road and they have amazing breakfasts! *Central Location: It is 3 min walk from Bangla Road. 7 min from patong beach and mall. On next to everything. *Ambiance: They have cute little village theme. It feels unreal that such greenery on next to all rush outside. *Housekeeping: Room cleaning was rapid. Kudos to the team! *Comfort: Bed was hard as .... I don't prefer to sleep on soft bed like feather so it did not bother me. Air conditioning and fan was functioning perfectly. *Value for money Cons: *Noise. Noise. Noise. I did not predict the music and bass from bangla road can be this much. There is no sealant in windows, so, if you are light sleeper, be prepared for bangla nights. Me, personally, had difficult time in first days, a bit used to it in the end. It should be something to consider for families with kids. If you will not come to your room before 2am, never mind. *My humble recommendation, amenities can be improved. Toothbrush, shaving kit, hand soap etc. We solved all from 7/11 though. *The staff seemed a bit overwhelmed. But they try to do help you on your requests.

I have been twice to Phuket with my friend and never have we ever looked for another Hotel. Our Dear friend Sushil, who is a Manager there, is an amazing guy and living there makes us feel like home. Already started planning my next trip just to blow off some steam and have a peaceful holiday at Vits Patong Dynasty. And Sushil being there makes it even more exciting as it's fun to be with him. I would totally recommend this Hotel for all kinds of group. Have a great time over here you guys, it's an amazing place to spend your Holidays. All in all, Neat rooms, friendly staff and a good manager with kind heart. Love this place from my whole heart!
