The location of the hotel is very good. It is very convenient to eat, drink and go shopping downstairs. It is only a few steps away. The hotel staff were very helpful. We arrived at the hotel. Nate and his colleagues were very enthusiastic to help us with our luggage and brought us delicious ice cream while we waited to check in. It was close to On the day of the store, when the airport drop-off man couldn't find the hotel, it was Nate who helped contact us. In short, he was very enthusiastic and made us feel very warm! It is good hotel located just meters away from Patongs Party Street. So you can go there and join lots of parties. The hotel itself is in need for some serious renovation. The rooms are okay - just not nice and well equipped. It is impossible to adjust the AC to low fan speed. We slept under a mosquito net as the doors and windows had quite big gaps to the outside. So have it cold or turn it off. The pool area is fantastic and you have direct access to the beach. For party people the right place! For others maybe not.

A very nice hotel in a great spot in patong. We were traveling as a family of 4 with two young children. Our room was located on the road side which was incredibly noisy with the sound of motorbikes. Asked to change to a quieter room and needed to pay more to move across the corridor to the pool side view rooms. Worth it for the better sleep. Breakfast was fantastic and the rooftop pool was really nice. All staff were super friendly and helpful. Walking distance to the beach and easy to get a taxi to other places in Phuket. It’s a shame the rooftop pool closes at 9pm and no other evening entertainment in the hotel unfortunately but plenty outside on the doorstep. A really good hotel.

Hotel is about 10 minutes walk to the main shopping mall. Very convenient. There is an open food market just opposite to the hotel. The food there is quite nice. I tried a mango shake. They put half of the mango on the top of the glass. Its so amazing. Swimming pool is not very big but enough for a swim. Have plenty of sunshine deck. Suitable for a afternoon rest. Recommend this hotel

However, it may not be suitable for people who are afraid of noise, because the hotel is opposite the bar street, the music is very noisy, and there is a DISCO next to it. The hotel does not have a hot water kettle, which is very inconvenient for people who like to drink hot water, and the hotel shower is not easy to use. It takes about 10 minutes to have hot water. I hope it can be improved.

We stayed in capricorn village for 8 nights. Below are our observations. Pros: *Breakfast: They give voucher for the Coffee Club across the road and they have amazing breakfasts! *Central Location: It is 3 min walk from Bangla Road. 7 min from patong beach and mall. On next to everything. *Ambiance: They have cute little village theme. It feels unreal that such greenery on next to all rush outside. *Housekeeping: Room cleaning was rapid. Kudos to the team! *Comfort: Bed was hard as .... I don't prefer to sleep on soft bed like feather so it did not bother me. Air conditioning and fan was functioning perfectly. *Value for money Cons: *Noise. Noise. Noise. I did not predict the music and bass from bangla road can be this much. There is no sealant in windows, so, if you are light sleeper, be prepared for bangla nights. Me, personally, had difficult time in first days, a bit used to it in the end. It should be something to consider for families with kids. If you will not come to your room before 2am, never mind. *My humble recommendation, amenities can be improved. Toothbrush, shaving kit, hand soap etc. We solved all from 7/11 though. *The staff seemed a bit overwhelmed. But they try to do help you on your requests.

Extremely nice staff! Very friendly and helpful. I would recommend this place to have a feeling of acceptance, community and home (far from the one you mostly live in) The party street is nearby, but not close enough to interrupt your rest. Perfect location for party people :) If you are not one of them, (I'm definitely not) you can ask an owner to move you to Karon to another guesthouse he owns. Very cozy, quiet and cheap.
