The older female receptionist I spoke with — she’s the one I’m referring to. The room is right next to the road, and the noise from the traffic is very loud. The room has no soundproofing at all — I can even hear when the person next door coughs or farts. I asked to change rooms, but she said the whole hotel was fully booked. However, that’s clearly not true because I can see there are only a few rooms occupied. She told me that if I wanted to change, I’d have to pay an extra 19 AUD in cash. However, I checked on Trip.com and saw that the price difference was only 9 AUD. I think that’s not fair. She then said, “Then just put up with it,” because I’m staying for three nights — that’s terrible service. She also made me feel uncomfortable discussing personal matters with her. On the other hand, the younger female receptionist was very polite and kind,

До моря рукой подать, хороший, милый отель) номера хорошие, только не 308 номер, там даже окна не открываются) попросила переселить, без проблем переселили) мне понравилось отдыхать тут)

Локации лучше быть не может. Вышел из номера и уже на море плескаешься. Утреннее кофе на балконе с видом на море это просто чтото нереальное. Мы прям в купальниках бегали купаться, потом в бассейн сразу. Номера хорошие. Ну муравьишки мелкие бегают по раковине не беда. Убирались каждый день. Ставили по 2 бутылки воды. Бассейн чистейший, теплый. На пляже минимум народу как мы любим. Персонал очень внимательный к гостям. Почти каждый час ходит бесплатный автобус в Патонг. Но поверьте лучше пляжа на острове нет! Начитавшись плохих отзывов о ротовирусе в этом отеле, немного насторожились. Зубы чистили бутилированной водой, перед тем как налить кофе мыли чашки водой из бутылки. Все обошлось. На момент нашего нахождения в отеле завтраков не было, но мы ходили рядом полно кафе, кушали там или пройтись подальше 7/11 магазин, где тоже бюджетно можно покушать. Очень приятная женщина на ресепшене. Кароче не бойтесь ехать в этот отель. Не пожалеете!
