Recently returned from Phuket. Stayed in apartments for 2 nights. There are 2 grocery stores and small fruit shops nearby. It is convenient. The location relative to the beach is not the most convenient. If you walk towards the hotels, you can admire the expanses of golf courses. We got there by taxi. It is a long way to walk. The apartments themselves are quite clean. There is a small set of dishes, a microwave oven, an electric kettle. A suitable option for a short period. There is no hob. You will not be able to cook yourself. Opposite the apartments, across the road, live the owners. All questions regarding check-in can be resolved quickly. We met a cute monkey nearby. Very cute.

We had a family vacation (2 adults, 2 children) in December-January 2025. We took 2 rooms: for ourselves and for the children, each room has one double bed and one single bed, that is, three people can stay in one room, the price is very affordable: 14 days - 126,000 rubles (for 2 rooms) Quite cozy 3-storey apartments, located in the center of the island, at first we thought that it was far away, but in fact it is a very convenient location (if you have a car, without a car it will be inconvenient), the most top beaches are 20-30 minutes away with virtually no traffic jams, sometimes during rush hour we had to stand. The area is just a village, you will not see gorgeous views here. There is a parking lot for 3 cars right at the entrance, there was always a place. The owners live right next door, they quickly help with any issue, they are very friendly, they even allowed us to wash the car with a car wash 😊. Cleaning is daily, there is a small kitchenette, which is quite convenient, a spacious bathroom, a small balcony where you can hang out your laundry There are several grocery stores, a market with farm products, and fruit stalls within a 5-minute walk. The only thing I didn't like: there are no shelves in the closet for storing things, which is extremely inconvenient. They seemed to give us additional hangers, but that was not enough. As a result, most of the things were in suitcases, on chairs in the room. I would like to recommend the owners to install shelves in the closet for a more comfortable stay for guests We recommend it for accommodation, but it is necessary to rent a car
