Very quiet and beautiful!

The hotel is completely ok, but it encountered a natural disaster in Kata. The hotel is located in a low location and the entire hotel was flooded at about 5 o'clock in the morning. My personal feeling is that when flooding is discovered, the hotel should have an emergency alarm, similar to a fire alarm bell. After all, life is at stake when water comes into contact with electricity. I stayed in room No. 13, which is located in the last corner of the hotel. It should be the lowest location. When I found out that the bed was wet because of the water, I immediately used my mobile phone to light up the door and opened the door to find my child's room. The water outside the door poured directly into my room. When I went out to find the child's room, the water level was only on my thighs. In just a few minutes, I went back to find my passport and bag, and when I went out again, the water level was already on my chest. Since I can’t swim, I can only use a stool to stand on the balcony stool and don’t know what to do. I even considered climbing up to the roof, or my child dragging the pool lounge chair float to pick me up. At the critical moment, I was the lowest in the entire hotel. Regarding the location status, I did not receive any notification from relevant personnel who came to my room to ask if they needed help. In fact, I was quite emotional about this matter, but because of the panic in the hotel, there were many people who needed help, so I did not go there. Too many emotional complaints, after all, your own safety comes first. Later I learned that this was the first time this happened to the hotel, and the relevant personnel tried their best to knock on doors, but the water level was too fast, so it wasn't my turn yet. The attendants rescued my luggage in a series, and the staff helped fish out some of my luggage three or four times. From 6 a.m. to 2 p.m., I really couldn’t hope that the water level would go down quickly. In the end, we dragged the four attendants and returned to the water again. I went there to look for things until 4pm when I couldn't stand it any longer, so I went in and fished twice more, brought back as many valuables as possible, and then went to the hotel in the car. The losses must have been relatively large. Equipment was damaged by water, wallets were lost, shoes were lost, and it was hard to tell how much of the purchased items were lost. Because other hotels in Kata are also horrified when this kind of thing happens. Prices increase rapidly. Even if I book a room temporarily, I am confused. There are a bunch of watery things in the suitcase that I don’t think I should deal with. Firstly, it smells bad and secondly, it weighs hundreds of kilograms. , losing everything is not a simple matter, but the hotel told us that they had no money to compensate us due to natural disasters, and could only say that they would refund the room fee that was lost that night. Although I understand that the boss's loss is more serious than ours, I still think there is a problem with this kind of emergency prevention that does not consider emergencies because the location is too low. At least other hotels do not have a 100% win-win situation, but ours No one from the hotel ran away.

It was clean and nice. The hotel I was originally going to stay at was fully booked, so I stayed here on short notice. There is a pool and food stalls nearby, which is convenient. It's a bit far from the convenience store, so I recommend buying drinks and other necessities nearby before heading out.

The hotel is in an excellent location, convenient for eating, drinking and having fun, and only 5 minutes away from the beach. There is a swimming pool, and the room is very clean. Except for the bathroom, which has no dry and wet separation, everything else is great.

These bungalows are just a quiet paradise in the middle of the noisy and crowded Kata. When we first arrived, we were upset that we would be living “in the middle of the street,” but the bungalows themselves were deeply “recessed” inside the houses. Even when the music was playing loudly in the neighboring cafes at night, it could barely reach the bungalow; I generally keep quiet about people’s conversations. Our room was very spacious, stylish, with a large bed. Two air conditioners literally cool the room in 5 minutes, we slept with one, and two were literally the Arctic. In the middle between all the bungalows there is a wonderful clean swimming pool with sun loungers, open until late. The pool has its own bar, they always provided ice for our drinks, you can order cocktails. The staff is wonderful, they helped with all questions, very friendly. There is a laundry room. There is simply an incredible amount of things near the hotel - cafes, shops, souvenirs. Kata Beach is a 7-minute walk, Kata Noi is 20 minutes away. Public parking is 2 minutes away, we left our rental car there for several days in a row. We stayed there for 5 days, I would have gladly stayed for an eternity if it weren’t for the further route and transfer to Koh Lipe. I definitely recommend it, there are simply no downsides.

After spending 3 days in Kata Beach, I really feel that this hotel is excellent. The room facilities are very complete and the interior of the hotel is also very atmospheric. The front desk staff and hotel service staff are also very good and friendly. My girlfriend and I like this hotel very much. If we come next time, we will choose this hotel again! Highly recommended to everyone! It will not be a thunder!
