HRK Resort Reviews

We reserved the HPK hotel, stayed in APK, they have one receptionist. Most likely like the owner. The hotel is good, just the location. The cleaning of the room was superficial, the towels were changed every day (they smelled good, but they looked shabby and stained). They changed the sheet once. Otherwise, we just tucked in the blanket. We lived in room 555 (superior), there is no table and chairs on the balcony. They promised to deliver, but they didn’t deliver. We booked a room with twin beds, were given one, refused to change, they said no. There is only one key to the room, although the room is for two. There are no sockets near the bed. Water was supplied every day. The air conditioner worked properly. The bathroom is a total disaster. The shower head mounted to the wall is a little low, I’m 182 cm, I had to squat down to stand under the stream. Water splashes everywhere around the bathtub and runs down the wall, fortunately there is a drain in the floor. The window from the bathroom to the street is tinted, but since there is always water there and is not cleaned, it is dirty and moldy. Breakfast from 7:30-10:30, poor and monotonous. Rice, scrambled eggs, sausages, ham, tomatoes, cucumbers, watermelon, toast, jam, butter. Tea, coffee, Yuppie type drink, water. We lived in the ARC, the dining room was in the NRK. Communication between services is poor. We had an early check-out, at 7 am. On the day of departure we were supposed to be fed breakfast or given a dry ration to take with us. At the reception we had not heard of dry food, they said that we could go eat at 6:30. On the day of departure, we did just that, to which the dining room was refused, although everything was already covered and the Swede was standing with food. There was no time to figure it out, a taxi arrived. So we left empty-handed for the airport. There is a swimming pool on the territory, but according to observation, it is never cleaned, not treated, and to be honest, it does not even make you want to get your feet wet. Performs rather a decorative function. Internet worked great. Next time I will choose another hotel.
