I was in room L607. The room next door was overcrowded with a bunch of people high and drunk who only spoke russian so no chance of communication, that partied REALLY loud until 4:30am; I basically lost a whole night of sleep.
The “condo” offer is NOT a hotel room, but a sublet apartment, so there is no interaction with the building management, only directly with the owners. The owner was NOT supportive at all.
If you’re offered unit L607 - avoid.

Checked out early.
Was not an apartment of the hotel itself was indicated at the lobby. But was rented by another company. So checking in was difficult, they could not find my reservation anywhere. And I had to contact the company to get access to the apartment.
Contacted Trip.com and they neatly solved it for me. But we did not get the room we had booked because it was not ready.
Once in the room I was not very happy with what I found, dirty walls. Rent from previous customers on floors. The corner sofa was not an invitation to sit on it.
You got exactly one small cushion per person and also 1 colored towel per person. We asked for another room the next day and got the room we had eventually booked. It was not much better than the previous one, same story rust in the bathroom no toiletries etc. Checked out the next day.
Really not 5 star worthy accommodation.
