Check-in process took forever!!! Went there in mid-December, high season. The queue was long and my check-in was handled by 4 different staffs (1 gave me form to sign, the manager then assigned the room, 1 more collected deposits, 1 more created the key)- overall took about 10-15mins not including the queue time. I just think the check-in system poorly managed. A lot of customers were complaining. Aside from that the hotel is beautiful. Swimming pools were lovely, all facing the Patong Beach and sunset. Some areas of the hotel (e.g stairs) could be maintained cleaner. Spa was superb! Spa buffet for 2 hours amounted to just S$50 (1,350 baht) and you can choose two options between body massage, body wrap, body scrub and facial. Totally worth it! Spa staffs were professional. Have read other reviews and the conclusion to me is that hotel overall experience is hit and miss. Recommended to stay maybe only during low seasons.

requested a honeymoon setup, but upon arrival, there was nothing prepared. It was very disappointing, especially considering the special occasion. The room itself had issues too. The curtain was broken and couldn’t close fully, compromising privacy and comfort. On top of that, the room was quite dusty, which made it feel poorly maintained. Breakfast was another letdown. I tried the cream soup, but the quality was below expectations—definitely not what you’d expect from a hotel of this caliber. Overall, the experience did not meet our expectations, and improvements are needed to justify the price and reputation.

Room facilities weren’t the newest, the room sink was leaking. But the staff there were very helpful, buggy rides were easily accessible to and fro lobby. Overall will go back and stay again.

Huge resort, great views from balcony, the bathtub on the balcony was a nice touch, but the overall cleanliness could be better, and expect waiting time for the shuttle service going up and down within the resort compound.

the Location is good , there are three swimming pool and also has good sea view. The driver and public area staff very very kind and helpful. But I cannot believe that there is very rude staff, she is reservation, she speak very rude to me. I don’t remember her name but she told me that she is reservation who work at front office.

The view was nice the room I supposed to book sea view but only tress I can saw outside .the lobby is no aircon .

Stay at this place at your own peril? It doesn’t have good reviews if you read up over it. We were lucky as had a good cleaner who serviced the room well which we were grateful however one day it wasn’t done while we were out and had to wait for it to be completed. The breakfasts offered were tasteless and boring after seven nights there became fed up with them. As of being picked up on time when we wanted to go to the airport that didn’t happen so had to walk suitcases down the hill to the entrance to be in time for our shuttle. Lucky for us we weren’t so high up so it wasn’t far to walk. The views are lovely however the location is quite a walk to Phuket township. If I went back there I’d stay somewhere else? The staff not exactly friendly or that helpful mostly meaning the front reception staff. I certainly told management the day I left what I thought of the place. You can do better staying elsewhere for the same money. The problem there is they want to expand building doing that but the current rooms offered are rustic and in parts shabby need updating. They need to perfect their service and improve what they own rather than being greedy to expand. Certainly not a four star place or worth what you pay? You can see from my photos not exactly ocean view from room? Stay there at your own peril?

Great property but its on steep hills. Rude guests but i guess that has nothing to do with the hotel

The hotel lobby was pretty hot as fan was not switched on when I was there to check in, in the morning. The some of the staff working at the check in area were a little rude and only a few of them were very friendly. Buggy service was very slow that I had to walk to and fro from my room to lobby and vice versa. Room was a little old and the cleanliness could be better improved. There are also very few asians who stay here. Breakfast was not very good as they have very little selection..

Not recommended at all, it was a nightmare staying in this kind of hotel, the worst hotel I’ve ever experienced in my life.

Hotel turned off utility and key access during stay . Unresponsive to room service requests . Experienced and witnessed yelling at guests . One group tipped 10 baht for poor service and the staff threw the coin back at them . Many lies, attitude, and poor treatment from staff .

Don’t bother coming here. There’s a lot of rowdy Indian tourist who doesn’t queue, nor wait for their turn. They will insist on being the first to be attended too. Check in process takes almost an hour + additional time because Indian tourist are always cutting your queue going to the front counter directly. There’s no proper management. After the check in, everyone will start heading towards the pickup vehicle. Again, no proper management, you can be stranded for two hours even because tourist are coming in non stop, and no staff to manage the queue. The room we got, have zero expectations. We ask for room service at 8am, only at 5pm did she gave a fresh towel + throw the rubbish. Check out took another 30mins as there was only one manning the counter. At 7am. The staffs serving us or generally working there are at their wits end. You’ll see a lot of rowdy tourist scolding the service staff every hour. The tourist assume and thought we were locals hence we should give way to them. They should really hire security. If you really want to stay at this resort, forget about it. There’s lots more better hotels out there. The rooms are up the hill with no proper transport and time. We had to walk up and down the hill as we gave up waiting for the pickup.

The services was terrible and not worth the price. No amenities, bad breakfast. Great time in Phuket but got ruined by this place! Got some issues with the room during all the stays. From broken bathrooms drainage and unhelpful and slow service to solve it. No privacy and no proper standard procedure to service their customers. Not sure if im unlucky but its was bad experience on top of bad experience during the whole stay. Supposed to be a relaxing trip to the beach, which end up more tired than when I arrived 🙁
