Reviews of Patong Bay Inn

I booked a single room, but unfortunately, the windows faced the road, so it was hard to fall asleep at night. Otherwise, I didn't have any major complaints. I chose this room because there were no other options available during my stay. Room cleaning and towel changes only happened when I specifically requested them. The 1000 baht deposit was returned upon check-out without the room being inspected.

It is poor hotel no reception u have to call to get inn and check out..bad and poor facilities .

I was planning on checking out in the morning before my day trip, there was no one at reception so I had no choice but to leave, I messaged and try to call but no answer, when I got back they wouldn’t give my deposit back, I had no other solution to checking out when I needed too then just waiting, the man wasn’t helpful at all.

I didn't sleep there because they are thieves, and Trip.com is complicit. They refused to lodge me or even refund me.

If there was a 0 star this would be to much absolutely horrendous hotel . Rude staff absolutely disgusting and dirty dingy place I wouldn't even let the homeless stay there is that's bad. Room was dirty and sheets looked like they had more action that Bruce Lee. No towels provided the front of house staff well that's another story rude ignorant very unwelcoming. The room also had a broken door so would not lock the toilet had a vent that was broken so you could hear the whole of patong all night . We had two rooms and both were as bad as each other. Nothing like pictures on trip.com DO NOT STAY HERE NOT RECCOMEND AT ALL

My stay at Patong Bay Inn was terrible. It was extremely noisy, and I couldn't get any sleep. The service was awful—checking in took ages because the front desk used a messy old journal and had trouble writing names. My room had cockroaches everywhere, which was disgusting. The shower was loud and kept changing from warm to scalding hot. For the price, the service was non-existent. I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone. Save your money! PS, location is quite convenient though, since it's really close to all the sights in Patong.

I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. Unless you're looking for really cheap. And be prepared, they'll probably screw you out of your deposit. The owner is a total nut. The staff is unavailable.

Well, let's start with this "horror story" The hotel has no sign so it is almost impossible to find it. You have to look at a small piece of paper where the number appears and that is where you can identify the address. Next problem, the reception? It doesn't even look like a reception, and there may or may not be someone there. In the room features I chose the quiet option. I really don't know why that option appears, if being on the top floor the noise inside and outside the hotel is tremendous. The problem is that inside everyone talks loudly outside their rooms. And I don't understand the competition to see who closes the door loudest. We move on to the fauna section. In the room there were more mosquitoes than in the jungle, spiders and even a lizard. Thank goodness the bathroom window has no glass and the bathroom door is a toy. So you are in a death trap, endless mosquitoes. And well, a small detail, I asked for toilet paper at the hotel reception and... they recommended me to go buy it at supermarket 7. There are more details, but luckily I have to continue my vacation in this beautiful country. One piece of advice, don't stay here.
