Holiday Inn Resort Phuket, an IHG Hotel Reviews

I booked my stay for 4 days. Initial 2 days of my stay was horrible as aircon was not working. and finally on 3rd day they changed my room with just apology note. Is this kind of joke . 4 start hotel don't check aircon first before allocating.

Hotel located in the tourist area with drinking pubs and cafes nearby. A walking distance to the beach. Staff are very friendly and professional. Breakfast is good. Will stay again in the next visit. A good swimming pool.

Had a fantastic stay at Holiday Inn Phuket! The location is perfect—right by the beach and close to shops and restaurants. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Loved the pool area and the breakfast buffet. Would definitely stay here again!

Excellent luxury hotel in heart of Patong. Super service by staff and excellent food options in hotel. Close to beach, massage parlours, shopping malls and bars. Great place for a family vacation

Good location and services

The Check-in is fast and very friendly. I have got a free upgrade to the pool access vila. They are amzazing, the only thing the pool water was to warm. cause of the hot weather in Thailand this year. The hotel everywhere is very clean. They have more pools, at the hotel. Just cross the road when go to the beach. Also the hotel is just on oposite the Road form the OTOP night market.

Good hotel and nice stay. The hotel is well located and breakfast was awesome; lots of options. Friendly people and they can speak English. Definitely I would recommend this place. The steak restaurant at the hotel is spectacular, a must!

A great cost-effective experience. Friendly staff, as we arrived, and my wife didn't like so much the position of the room. They were ready to change for a more spacious room. The room service housekeeping was very good, filling everyday with the complimentary items. Also the cleaning was excellent. For the kids, the club ia very nice, with pool, games room and basketball court. Located at Patong beach, ir is more suitable for those who wants everithing in hands even it is more noisy and crowded. But also enjoyable.

I recently stayed at Holiday Inn Patong, and overall, it was a pleasant experience. The hotel's location is definitely one of its strong points, offering easy access to Patong Beach. We stayed in the Buksakorn Wing, which was a nice touch since it provided exclusivity with private pool access. One highlight of our stay was the breakfast. It was truly amazing, offering a wide variety of flavors from around the world. It's a great way to start the day. However, I was a bit disappointed with the food from the hotel's restaurant. The burger and Bolognese we ordered were basic dishes, but they were overpriced and didn't meet our expectations in terms of taste and quality. Another area that could use improvement is the staff's attitude. It's essential for a hotel to have friendly and helpful staff, but unfortunately, that wasn't our experience at Holiday Inn Patong. Despite these shortcomings, the excellent location, comfortable rooms, and fantastic breakfast made our stay enjoyable overall. With a few improvements, this hotel could become an even better choice for visitors to Patong Beach.
