Dear Management Team of Arinara Bangtao Beach Resort, I am writing to formally lodge a complaint regarding the conduct of Ms. ***** ***********, your Assistant Front Office Manager, during my recent stay at your resort. Unfortunately, my experience with Ms. *********** was marked by unprofessional and discourteous behavior. Specifically, she provided inaccurate information about the resort’s parking arrangements and responded with hostility when I requested a formal acknowledgment of her earlier statement. Shockingly, she even went so far as to threaten to call the police, which I found both inappropriate and deeply unsettling as a guest. I have been a loyal guest of Arinara Bangtao Beach Resort, having stayed here on four previous occasions. Regrettably, due to this recent experience, I do not plan to return, and I would currently advise others against visiting the resort if this level of guest service and management oversight persists. If mine is the only complaint involving Ms. ***********, I understand it may be viewed as an isolated incident. However, if other guests have expressed similar concerns, I strongly urge the management to treat this as a broader issue requiring immediate attention. Very good price/quallity hotel in bangtao beach, perfect location, big rooms, clean pool and good area include beach club, mostly bar, not nosy with DG sets every evening Happy ours in the bar before and right after sunset (4-7pm) The kitchen near the main pool not so good( bit a lot of cafe around

Was an incredible stay from start to finish. Delicious breakfast buffet. Friendly staff, beautiful pools and besch front was a nice surprise. They had a DJ and restaurant that served great dinner entertainment and fire show on Sunday was a memorable highlight. Will be back. Another huge plus was. it was down the street from Bangtao gym

It is a 3 star beach front hotel. The beach is very beautiful and you could see the sunset at the evening. I think most of the rooms have 2 big king sized beds, which is very good for family. Beds are comfortable and clean. Our room is facing the swimming pool which is nice. We enjoyed to stay in the swimming pool after breakfast There are many restaurants and massage centers nearby. We had dinner in Pit Thai Beach restaurant (reasonable price, local food) Catch (expensive, beach front). All of them are good. But I have to say the water pressure is not good at all. The cleaner is a bit rude, they would shout to each other's in the corridor. Sometimes, I could hear their communication inside the room.

Had a wonderful time at this beach resort. Best highlight of my trip was when I walked into a window during dinner lol. Wonderful memories are made here.

Room upgraded to the swim up pool which was stunning! Very clean and felt like a luxurious hotel. Lots of beds around the pool any time of day. Catering options were a bit confusing as I didn’t have the all inclusive option so I wasn’t allowed to sit in certain areas or had to pay. Seemed like a con and money making scheme considering I was staying at the hotel. Great DJ entertainment in the evening and saw the fire show on the beach one night. Went to Catch bar a few doors down on the beach which had lovely chill vibes. The Starbucks was the most expensive Starbucks I have ever had. If you want plant based milk you basically end up paying for two drinks. The buffet breakfast was very good. So many options and delicious! Loved the fresh omelettes being made and the Thai coffee was yummy!! I would consider staying here again but not sure it was worth the price I paid.

Main pool, pool bar and beach restaurant were the highlight of the hotel and stay. Food and drinks were good. Rooms are spacious and beds and pillows very comfortable. Massage at the spa was great, however the massage room is next to the kids play room, so instead of being quiet and relaxing it was a bit noisy. Overall stay was alright. Lots of room for improvement especially with some staff needing to be more patient with guests. We made a mistake with a drop off location (100m closer than original drop off) and we were yelled at by the hotel driver that we could have walked. Walking was not possible on this day with two children (one was ill) and a friend with an injured knee. House keeper asked why I needed more beach towels when I already had 2, after mine were wet from swimming and I wanted to swap them out. Cleanliness needs improvement as well. Dirt stains on the sofa hidden behind the cushion upon arrival, floor seemed grainy with dirt even after housekeeping had been. If service and cleanliness can be improved it will be an excellent stay.

A big resort right on the beach. Our 2nd stay there. Daily happy hours for cocktails by the pool bar. Beautiful beach. It’s a family oriented resort so expect many kids there. Lovely staff. Breakfast was good with some variations day to day. Near to beach bars, restaurants and massage places.

Great time in this hotel. Hotel is a bit expensive but very good. Clean room. Nice pool. Very family friendly. One minute to the beach.

Good location ,excellent service, very close to beach, clean rooms and giant swimming pools. Resort app makes travel convenient and comfortable, u can order spa, tourism, kid room.And a bar, Starbucks , restaurant besides beach by walking distance. Thanks for all. Btw, Thai Tea is so much delicious and wake me up for best vacation.
