The hotel itself was clean, but the location was quite inconvenient—you need transportation every time you want to go out. This led to a very frustrating incident during my stay. I booked a Grab to Kata Night Market,and when the car arrived, the hotel’s car jockey allowed other waiting passengers to get into my ride. He insisted the car was arranged by the hotel, not by me, and told me to wait inside, eventhough I showed him the car number plate details from my app. In the end, I was still charged for that ride on my credit card and had to book another one as they don't compensate me a ride.😓 This caused unnecessary delays, and by the time we finally got a new ride, it was already late and my daughter was hungry. Overall, it was a very unpleasant experience and really affected our impression of the hotel. My suggestion is to hire a staff can speak English to avoid any misunderstanding happened,Thanks!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Yama Hotel in Phuket! This was our holiday in Thailand, and it turned out to be truly fantastic from start to finish. What stood out the most was the staff. Every single team member was incredibly friendly, warm, and welcoming. They went out of their way to make us feel comfortable and taken care of, always greeting us with genuine smiles and offering help whenever we needed it. Their kindness and professionalism made such a big difference to our overall experience. The atmosphere of the hotel was relaxed and enjoyable, and it was the perfect place to come back to after exploring Phuket. We felt well looked after the entire time. We would definitely come back anytime and highly recommend Yama Hotel to anyone visiting Phuket. Thank you to the amazing staff for making our holiday so special!

Incredibly courteous and helpful staff. Very comfortable beds and a huge choice of dishes for breakfast. Pool was fabulous and not too busy. On the downside, the hotel is located a little too distant from the beach....to start the walk one has to cross a very busy main road and then it is about 25 mins to town. Doesn't sound like much but in 34C heat, there and back, it is noticeable! There is a hotel shuttle but the last lift back is 6.30pm. Aside from location, this is a super value for money hotel.

The location is great and quiet, and the staff are super enthusiastic! They were really helpful whether it was for the shuttle bus or needing food warmed up when we got back. Huge thanks to them! The hotel's overall scenery is also beautiful. Highly recommended!

Lovely 4days stay at YAMA, it was clean and tide rooms, pool is a highlight of this hotel. Breakfast has not so many options. Staffs are kind and very supportive. Locations are far from beach and stores but very peacful and quite. Take taxi by Bolt 200-300 BAHT

Nice hotel, staffs were very friendly and helpful feeling like home coming. Breakfast were good every day were different. Room were big and with view. The poolside view and room view were excellent as we are high up on hill. Swim and meals at the pool were therapeutic giving a wonderful holiday experience.

We had a nice stay in here! Liked the breakfast and the pool was also nice. You need to rent a bike to feel more comfortable going to the beach or using the bike taxi would be also a great option. The view from our room was so wonderful

Very disappointing experience. It was flooding badly in Kata road and no small cars or taxis could reach it. I requested transportation from the hotel around 11 p.m., but they couldn’t provide any. I waited for more than 3 hours at a restaurant in Patong with all my belongings, trying to find a way to get there, but every taxi was cancelled. The hotel still refused to refund me even though it was impossible to reach the property. I had to book another hotel at my own expense.. I would not recommend this place, especially during bad weather conditions. I wasted so much time, money, and energy, lost my full payment, and had to urgently find another hotel. No apology, no refund, and no care from staff. Very unhappy ☹️ my whole trip was ruined.

Great Stay. Location was a little far from the beach / main areas. However, okay if you plan accordingly as excursion companies / tours will pick you up from resort. Nearest 7/11 is approx a 10 minute walk so not too bad. Not much within walking distance etc. so okay as long as you're willing to eat at hotel.
