The hotel was perfect. Trip.com, however, was terrible; booking through them made the room significantly more expensive per night compared to other channels.

This is a wonderful experience we live in Amanpuri. Feel like stay at home. Excellent service, we definitely will definitely come back.

As expected of an Aman hotel, we had the best hospitality, the best views, and the best room. As it was our first Aman hotel, it had an antique feel, but the space was impeccable no matter where you looked. The breakfast was consistently delicious, and one of the joys of staying at an Aman hotel. It was a great trip!

My solo trip led me to my first Aman resort. Although it's 37 years old, recent renovations have resulted in exceptionally well-maintained facilities. Each room is a standalone Thai-style building. While most rooms don't offer sea views, the views from the public areas more than make up for it. Of course, Aman's greatest strength lies in creating a secluded haven for complete relaxation, and Amanpuri embodies this perfectly. The atmosphere is incredibly tranquil and comfortable, with three swimming pools and a soft white sand beach perfect for relaxing. All the staff are incredibly welcoming yet maintain a respectful distance, always observing from a distance or out of sight, sometimes even anticipating your needs. What surprised me most was that a conversation I had with one staff member was later confirmed by another – an incredible level of service unmatched by any other hotel. If you're looking for the ultimate Phuket experience, Aman is the place to go.

Extremely satisfied. Everything was top-notch; the breakfast, service, and ambiance were all excellent. The only downside was that the Italian restaurant wasn't very good; I'd recommend eating at the Thai restaurant instead.

Aman Resorts is a long-established hotel with a great location and good service. ARVA, the Italian restaurant, has consistently maintained a high standard. NAMA's Japanese cuisine is also excellent. The Thai curry beef is very generous in portion size.

Upgraded to an ocean view pool room was a complete surprise; a quick check revealed it cost 35,000 RMB, which made me quite nervous. Facilities: Although the hotel opened in 1988, all facilities were remarkably well-maintained, far exceeding my expectations. Also, the entire room was made of wood (including the washbasin), yet there wasn't a single water stain – how did they manage that? Cleanliness: Absolutely spotless. While rinsing my swim trunks out of sand, I accidentally pulled out the sink plug and found the area underneath was spotless. Environment: Fantastic. The place was spacious with few guests; I only saw a handful of people. Service: The attention to detail was amazing. The beach outside Aman was incredibly smooth, but the feel underfoot was completely different next door. Before water activities, staff brought out specially sized swimsuits for children from the room – such thoughtful touches!

The hotel boasts an elegant and comfortable overall environment, with excellent restaurants and spas at reasonable prices. The service was impeccable; every staff member was polite, attentive, and efficient. It was a very pleasant experience.

A very satisfying stay. Although we only booked a room for one night, the hotel staff extended our check-out to 9pm for our sea tour the next day. It was really warm and considerate. The hotel's hardware, software and services are all top-notch.

This time during the Chinese New Year, I saw direct flights and decisively chose Phuket. Since I only booked two nights, the hotel did not provide airport transfers. According to the guide, it seemed that three nights would be available. Waiting for the bus on the road, the traffic jam somewhat affected my mood, but when I arrived at the hotel, I saw the front desk staff welcoming me with smiles on their faces, and the bad mood was swept away. Aman's service decision was the ceiling. When I arrived in the room, I was very moved when I saw the layout of the room (I informed Ctrip in advance that it was an anniversary and I hoped to get the layout). Everywhere you go in the hotel, there will be staff greeting you with a smile, and they will find out any of your needs in a timely manner. There are no service staff who can speak Chinese in the hotel. It is a bit laborious to order in English, but it does not affect communication at all. The hotel has its own beach with very fine sand. We borrowed the hotel's snorkeling tools and boats to have fun. When you are tired, you can read and relax on the beach. There is also a special kidsclub for children. Just put your children there (over four years old), and the staff inside will be very patient and play with them. It is really a standard holiday feature.
