Heel onvriendelijk personeel, drinken en eten wordt op je tafel gegooid . Als je bedje wil ruilen omdat je baby te veel zon krijg is het moeilijk en moet je de volle pond betalen . Wanneer je betaal en 50 bath fooi geef wordt je zowat weg gekeken omdat ze te weing vinden. Geen aanrader dit is de slechtste plek waar ik ben geweest in phuket.

Very unfriendly staff, drinks and food are thrown on your table. If you want to exchange a bed because your baby gets too much sun, it is difficult and you have to pay the full price. When you pay and tip 50 bath you are almost looked away because they think it is too little. Not recommended this is the worst place I've been in phuket.

I wrote several e-mails before arrival, asking how to get from the Airport to the Hostel. It was said by a Bus to Patong and from there there is a costfree Shuttle to the Hostel until 6 p.m. After that time I had to take a Taxi to the Hostel which costs around 400-500 THB! I told them that I would arrive around 8/8.30 p.m. On the next day I saw on the Paper at the Reception, that there IS still a costfree Shuttle after 6 p.m., but only once an hour and you have to tell before. So I had to pay that much money without real reason. This was not customer-friendly.    The room was clean, they would have cleaned it if you ask for it. The Beaches are nice (the weather wasn`t so it was not a big problem for me not to spend time there) but crowded with people from outside which pay Entrance (and get a free Shuttle to Patong) as well as there are different Moon Partys where they make a lot of Money with.  On every site in the web there is shown a Restaurant. A reason to book the Hostel outside of Patong-Party-City was this point to have the Restaurant and Bar at night. But it`s closed from 6/7 p.m. and so you have to again to Patong City which takes about  12-15 Minutes. There is also no Room for Community, only at the extreme cold Reception. But you don`t want to sit, play games and talk to other people there next to the Reception Desk. The Atmosphere is not warm, you can`t come in Contact with other Backpackers.    So there are many reasons because of which I booked this Hostel. If I would have known all coming this way, I also could have stayed in Patong-Party-City (which I explicit did not wanted to). Would not choose again.

For the price, this place is fantastic!   My friend and I originally booked for four days, but stayed longer to enjoy the Full Moon Party (I want to give special recognition to ”Chai” at the front desk for making this happen).    The rooms are spacious, clean, and comfortable.   Lockers and locks are provided to secure your valuables.   The beds are very comfortable.   Paradise Beach is literally on the property, and access to the beach is free for guests.  I found this beach much more beautiful and relaxing than Patong Beach.  There are free shuttles that can take you to Patong Beach that run every 30 minutes.    You can snorkel right off the beach.   If you stay inside the line of buoys, it is quite safe.  We found eels, triggerfish, pufferfish, and nudibranchs.  Nice!  The Operation Manager Daniele Colombo was very gracious and accommodating to us and made us feel like VIPs during our stay.  I'm definitely going to be booking again for my next holiday.

I couldn’t have been better. I never lived in the Green Travel before. I really fell in love with this. It may be mainly because I participated in the half moon party. It’s right to go out with friends and dry together, and the hotel has a shuttle bus. So traffic is convenient
