The room was spacious, clean, and tidy. The water pressure was good and the water was hot, though the temperature was a bit unstable and needed constant adjustment. The pool was clean. I'd definitely stay here again next time I visit.

They are not helpful at all. It is not about language that they don't understand English but they are like why have you come here? So rude and portraying like they have given a favor by letting me stay at the hotel. I asked them to help me with my luggage and the lady at the counter straight away refused that we don't have anyone, carry yourself. They need to do some hospitality course to better their services.

Worse hotel management; we had to force check-out, and hotel staff threw all the stuff in the reception while we were on the Phi Phi Island tour. They even opened our locker without our permission, where we had our passports, currencies, and gold ornaments. This hotel ruined our Christmas vacation. We had to move to another hotel.

Clean place. Room was nice. Location is weird. It's next to the main street of Patong but to get to the hotel you have to go down a street about half a block away. They don't allow visitors unless you pay 500 baht for them to come in.

This hotel is good for backpakers, budget travelers, and people who like to stay at hostels. The cleanliness was not up to standards. The tables were sticky, and the floors were in desperate need of a wipe. There was a booger near the light switch in the bathroom. The slippers they provided were worn out and nasty. The location was the only good quality, only about 10 min from patong Beach. They had signs up about towels and extra charges. The pool was nasty.
