The beds were so soft and comfortable! Lovely little pool. The staff was incredibly sweet and friendly. I really enjoyed my 2 weeks stay here.

Amazing comfortable bed. Big smart tv with paid Netflix was a treat. They have a small couch in front of the bed for tv viewing. So much storage. Tons of drawers, closet and desk Hotel has an iron. Clean linens and towels.....bed is super huge. The bathroom unfortunately has a glass door so if someone uses it then the light shines thru. I would stay again.

Ratana was a pleasant experience, everything was exactly as they mentioned and top tier service team. gym was functional. All in all Good Hotel.

I really like this hotel because it is clean and the staff is very helpful. For those who want to take a package to the island, you can take it with this hotel as well, they will arrange everything for us. I give the room 5/5 stars because it is fully equipped and even has a bathtub.

The hotel was nice. But we had a funny situation with overbooking, but the story ended good. Really far from the main attractions and have very bad sound isolation. Other things were good.
