Location of this hotel hotel is nice because it’s close to the beach. But the service is not warm welcoming. and this hotel if you are a smoker, you can’t smoke inside because they don’t have balconies. So you have to pick your ass down and smoke outdoors.

Simple rooms, but everything you need. The rooms that gave away from the street aren’t very noisy. It was very clean, appreciated the extra water left outside the door, even when I didn’t want my room cleaned.
Location is great as it is near the beach, the bus stops and bars. Lots of restaurants nearby as well.

Not a bad hotel to stay for the night / 2. There are bars nearby and the music is very loud. There are no brushes in the room, no tea/coffee. But there is soap, gel, shampoo. There are a lot of shops, across the road is Sevan Elevan, which is very convenient

The location is great and staff are really helpful. Room is very basic, more like a 2 star but its very clear and towels changed everyday. Restaurant nice downstairs. The beach is lovely here and there is a gorgeous Italian at the end of the road. Great location for trips like big budda, elephant sanctuary ex...

I chose the hotel because of its location, I was not mistaken, located on a busy street, full of cafes for every taste, night market within walking distance, spa massage everything is nearby, the beach is 3 minutes away, fruits are sold next to the hotel Breakfast is decent I was lucky and the room had windows into the courtyard, if you go outside, you’ll be less lucky ( Quite a nice room, everything is very nice, the plumbing is working Friendly staff They gave a towel for the beach without a deposit, The room was cleaned, the linen was changed Would you return to this hotel? Most likely yes! The impression is positive. I recommend it to tourists!
