- Newly renovated room - Quiet atmosphere due to number of rooms - The hotel is at the main street so there was sound of motorcycle but it’s not that disturbing. - Quite dusty room if you’re sensitive to dust. My kids and hubby sneezed often but I’m ok. - Strong chlorine in swimming pool. I think Ok for adult but my kids hurt their eyes

Location is quite far from the beach. Hotel, pool and breakfast is mice!

The outdoor swimming pool environment is very good. It is located between Karon and Kata beaches. It is a bit far to walk and you need to take a car. The hotel staff are very friendly and helpful. The security guards are also very enthusiastic. It is a great hotel experience.

15 minutes to karon beach. 20 minutes to kata beach. on foot on a busy street. if not with children ok. pool very nice. We had a room on the ground floor facing the pool that smelled of damp.

We visited the hotel for the first time in 2014, and 9 years later we found ourselves there again. In general, nothing has changed, an excellent hotel for its stars. Breakfast for a strong three. The location of the hotel is poor, it will be difficult for older people. TOP for your money

Breakfast is very good

We stayed here for 2 nights. On our first day, our daughter had a severe reaction to a food allergy (not caused by this property), and we had to call an ambulance. Staff were very quick to assist in an emergency situation, and we were very grateful for that . They also printed out paperwork for us without any hassle. The beds were super comfy, and the rooms were spacious. On a negative note, it was a bit annoying to carry luggage via a little bridge and upstairs, but they offered help.

We were a family staying here for 10 nights. The family room had two bedrooms with 1 double and 2 singles, and the hotel provided a cot, which was perfect. The room was on the ground floor opposite the pool with a small private area to sit outside. The children loved the easy access to the pool, and there was a small bathroom with a shower next to their apartment, which saved them traipsing in and out of the pool through the apartment when we The other two adults had a double room on the first floor with a balcony. Both rooms had a convenient clothes rack for drying clothes and towels on, and fresh towels and beach towels were provided every day. The only thing that wasn't good about the 1st floor room was it had massive issues with the plumbing, blocking most days even without tissue being our down there. I assume being above the ground floor meant it didn't have enough pressure. This was frustrating as I found myself having to leave the room to use the pool toilet downstairs multiple times to avoid another blockage. Overall, the rooms were spacious, clean, and serviced every day. The two pools entertained the older children and had space for their inflatable floats. The pool bar made some good value food for lunches and tasty cocktails to enjoy in the afternoon and evenings. The pool didn't open till 9am, which seemed late, I did, however, go in for a few early morning swims to get some exercise done, which none of the staff complained about. I think it would be a great idea if they had maybe 2 hrs of adult swim time available in the morning as as soon as the pool opens it gets full with children and doing peaceful lengths goes out the window! Breakfast was tasty and had plenty of choice and availability every morning. I liked the fresh egg station as well as the pancake maker. Overall, it was a great stay, super friendly staff, and good location for adults and kids alike.

Nice hotel, convenient for the rooms, also for the internal restaurant used by us only the last few days for convenience. Very nice swimming pool that can also be used for the last day before the plane, also considering the possibility of eating and drinking by the pool. Breakfast good but could be improved, not very convenient on foot to Karon Beach, free shuttle but only one way at 10am (we are already at the beach at 8am), busy road in front not convenient for walking. It may be fine but for families a place closer to the beach is better.

A good hotel but you need to walk to the beach, but in terms of shops, cafes and other things, its location is excellent. But I'll start with the beach. You will have to walk about ten minutes to Karon beach, and about fifteen minutes further to Kata. Karon beach is equipped quite well, there are many cafes, but there are waves. Kata is a calmer and shallower beach, but there are no toilets, showers and all this requires a decent walk. This is all justified, of course, by the price of the hotel itself. But in terms of where to eat or buy something, on the contrary, it’s very convenient. It takes ten minutes to walk to the fruit market, and only five minutes to the wholesale store. In general, the market near the temple is about forty minutes away, but you can take a walk as an entertainment. But the main advantage of this hotel, in my opinion, is the very good rooms. There are different categories for a comfortable stay both as a couple and with children. The rooms have everything you need, even cosmetic sets. The only thing is don’t throw away the bottles in which you bring water. They are made of glass and there will be a fine for their loss. There are no problems with the Internet, good speed, works without interruptions. We bought a tour to this hotel from the travel agency samitour.rf, you can easily find it by name on Instagram. They have very cheap prices and competent managers. We were given excellent advice. The hotel is small in size, but there are clean pools and a lot of greenery. There is nothing particularly interesting on the territory, but everything is clean. The rooms are also cleaned very well. The hotel operates on a breakfast basis and I can tell you the breakfasts are very good. The food selection is quite sufficient. During our entire stay we didn’t get tired of it and the food was very tasty. We especially liked the soups. And where to have lunch or dinner, the choice is very large. Prices are low; this is not the first coastline. And cafes and restaurants for every taste! I recommend this hotel to those who want to get good rooms and good breakfasts without paying, but you will have to walk quite a distance to the beach.

Very cozy 3* hotel. Delicious buffet breakfasts, sausages, steamed broccoli or cauliflower, spaghetti, etc. watermelon, pineapple, melon, excellent coffee, donuts, a choice of omelettes, eggs, just scrambled eggs, if you like cereal with milk, pancakes. No one went hungry. The room was clean, quite spacious, we lived in a superior room on the 2nd floor overlooking the pool. In the morning the birds are singing, it’s beautiful... for lunch and whining we went to local cafes on the way to the sea. But then we discovered a local cafe right opposite the hotel, much tastier, cheaper, and the portions were many times larger. The owner is an elderly woman, served by a young guy and a girl, apparently her children or grandchildren, I don’t know. But they are very hospitable and friendly. In general, no matter where you go, everyone is smiling, a positive attitude is guaranteed. Very nice girls at the reception as well. On the sea we went to Karon beach, about 15 minutes walk from the hotel. Kata is on the right, it’s about 20 minutes there, but I didn’t like it. There’s a strong low tide from lunchtime, you still have to get to the sea.... you won’t feel that way on Karon The tides ebb and flow, but there are more waves. The hotel has 2 swimming pools: for adults and children. Always clean, music, it was comfortable. We were very pleased with our vacation. At first it was unusual to walk to the sea along the road, but then we got used to it and it didn’t bother us at all. Thanks to the hotel, thanks to sunny Thailand, we had a great rest

The hotel is a solid three. It can be seen that the renovation took place a long time ago. Good breakfasts, beautiful area near the pool, helpful staff, cleaning every day. The only negative is that it takes 15 minutes to the sea along the roadway
